Dealing with Lincare has been one of the worst experiences in my 30+ years as a patient. I also have not encountered any similar operations during my work as a physician. This company is disorganized, unethical, and entirely incapable of identifying and rectifying their errors. I have paid them and zeroed out my account twice, only to receive phone calls and invoices asking for more payments. I have given them confirmation codes which they claim they cannot track down. by all means do your best to stay away from this company - you will lose your shirt with these folks. and for some reason the better business bureau has been unwilling to take action. that's probably due to their well-funded lobbyists, who unfortunately donate to our representatives. This seems to keep them out of trouble. But the Internet is more accurate - do yourself a big favor and find other companies for your health needs.

Just received my CPAP from Lincare in New Jersey. The in-home delivery of my device, along with the thorough training by Tricia, made this first-time experience go much easier than I expected. Tricia made sure I was comfortable with the mask I'm starting with before leaving. She herself is a CPAP user and it made a world of difference in how she goes about her job. So far so good. The technology works well and I feel supported by the company and their products.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid this place at all cost. It is soo poorly and unprofessionally run from the customer service to management to sales. It seems you have to absolutely suck at your job to get hired here as this place only hires incompetent people. Oh and everyone has an attitude like you are bothering them. Sorry I need life saving medical equipment and that you have to do your job and talk to me about it. This place is an absolute joke.They DO NOT give a F about you at all here. This place is so trash it’s insane how it’s still in business. I am working on a report to the BBB and medical board as well due to how poorly run this place is. An abject failure of a medical supply business. Go literally anywhere else if you can.

Believe the negative reviews here. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Does not communicate with clients when something is wrong with their account or equipment. I'd post more but I no longer want to waste my time with them. Please find another supply company if you can.

I was referred to Lincare by my doctor for a new CPAP machine which took forever to come in. When I went to pick it up, in the office in Forked River, NJ, my wife and I were shocked at how dirty and dilapidated the office was. Against my better judgement, I took possession of the CPAP machine. Now they keep calling me and asking me to place an order for supplies. My request is simple, how much will these supplies cost me out of pocket. It has been over a month and they flat out refuse to give me a dollar figure. I have called their billing departments, I requested to speak to a manager, and I called their corporate customer service department. They either said they would get back to me, or they flat out hung up on me. I have no idea how they stay in business. At this juncture I would rather deal with the devil than deal with Lincare. I wish I could give them a negative rating. They have earned it.

If I could give 0, I would. I called and cancelled my CPAP 6 weeks ago, and hey are still sending replacement items to me and taking money out of my insurance HRA. I have called several times, wait on hold for a very long time, once get through I am transferred to various extensions, I am told "oh yes, I see that you cancelled...hold on an I'll transfer to the right department". Eventually, my call is dropped and I have to start all over again...when I have an hour to navigate this fiasco again. I have been through this no less than 3 times (so far) with no resolution. Horrible. absolutely horrible.

The manager is a dirty, rotten liar who doesn't give a rat's ass about patients' health or well being. Had to fight since Feb 23 to get them to look at my CPAP. In March, my appt came and went- rep never showed. I had to contact their troubleshooting number who got them toCome back and get the machine. Unfortunately my autistic. Son accidentally answered the door and the dog ran out. Rep ran in fear and told her boss she wasn't coming back. I prepared the Ring Cam footage to show that the dog RAN OUT OF THE HOUSE and was no where near her. The finally agreed to come back. They rep came and picked it up from the front steps. I was told they would contact me in a few days. A week later, no call. When I called, theySaid bubbles in the chanbee were normal. I said that's freaking awesome but ITS THE HUMIDIFIER THAT BROKE. What a bunch of IDIOTS. First of April they said have doc send a new order, which they did. Lincare denied getting it when I called 2 weeks later. Doc called again ans finally, Lincare said they got it. April 20th they then said no they didn't have order. I called on April 24th and they said they got the order (eyeroll) and sent it to get authorized to insurance. It is May 3 and I called the insurance company. Lincare. In a shocking turn of events, NEVER SUBMITTED it. You can't reach these bridge trolls on the phone because they are too smug to bother to answer. I haven't had my capacity since FEBRUARY because of these incompetent MORONS. I have a very high capacity for bull crap as a middle school teacher but these idiots take the cake. My insurance company is helping me find a new company and I hope these idiots all get what they deserve.Do you know that people can get AFIB from being without their cpap??My heart has been fluttering lately. I have fallen asleep at work. I can't FUNCTION. Someone needs to take over these people.Stay away!

I wish I could give .5 or 0 stats here. Terrible customer service. Terrible billing system. Left so many messages when I was having issues and ended up having to get my insurance company involved to "resolve". GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Incredibly poor customers service. Management treats customers as poorly as general support staff in the office. You will get nothing but aggravated dealing with these unprofessional clowns. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable, customer friendly company for your needs

Worst customer service experience ever! Been dealing with them for weeks to get my CPAP replaced. Today I gave up and called Blue Cross to find out who else could provide me with service. This place should NOT be in business.

Did not keep in-home appointment made 2 and one half weeks in advance. Did not call to reschedule. Day-of, call service message - did not return call. 2nd call answered at the company was dropped after being on hold. 3rd call, answered at company, notified to reschedule for in-store delivery 8 days later. Original order was made in February, but I do not hold Lincare responsible for the supply delay; only the poor service after I made the call and got the appointment.

I have been with Lincare for several years. I have had a pretty good experience with Lincare getting my CPAP supplies.The company I used before, American Home Patient was replaced by Lincare. American home never billed me for anything. They wrote off any balance due after the insurance paid, even when I was to pay 20%. Then Lincare took over and I get billed the 20% which is OK with me.I had some financial difficulties after a medical procedure and had a past due bill. I get paid the 3rd Wed of every month. I wrote a letter and included a post dated check to be deposited in one week. 2 days before that date, they deposited the check and I had other checks out. It cost me almost $60 in overdraft fees. I think they could have called me before they did this, as they call you when they want you to order supplies, and perhaps I could have borrowed the money from someone or found another solution. I was bed ridden and could not go out.. Instead they just deposited it and didn't care. It's just a negative thing I thought I would share. Other than that incident, and in the beginning always getting the wrong supplies , which has been taken care of, I would recommend them for your CPAP needs. Shipping is always on time and supplies are good. Representatives are always friendly and helpful.So as with every company, there is always good and bad. No company is perfect. Check them out.

It seems that one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Most of the people seem to have attitudes when asking for their help. I always get the runaround when trying to get answers. On a positive note they ship the supplies out promptly.

This is the first time we have had to use this company, but we didn't chose it. I guess it was identified by the insurance company. So far, very poor service. Kept on hold for more than ten minutes, did not deliver refill oxygen tanks as scheduled, no proper customer service telephone skills (except for a person by the name of Avery). Right now, I would say don't ever choose this company, if you have a choice. Your loved one's life could be compromised.
