I will never return. The fact I came in to request new lab work to see if I have any vitamin deficiencies due to other health issues I currently have and other recent lab tests showing certain high levels and was told NO and was read old lab work back to me from 6+ years ago. And then diverted the conversation to saying I need mental health counseling. I see why I didn’t come back 6 years ago. The health care system and this facility is a disgrace. I also overheard a young female say in the waiting room that the doctor wanted to give her a birth control shot. Thankfully she was smart enough to say NO to them and wants to do research on it before she does it because they didn’t give her much information and she didn’t feel comfortable. ??♀️

I have been a patient at this location for many years and have seen every practitioner. I've always been satisfied with the care, attention, and honest service I've received.

This office is a joke. U cancel and appointment the day before and they send u a letter saying u can never go back there for a no show like how is it a no show when I called and cancelled the day before

I saw Dr Samaddar for heart palpitations that were keeping me up at night. He didn’t seem to believe me and said he noticed i had been there before for the same issue. It was all around bizarre encounter i was 3 months postpartum and no questions about that either, he just wanted to chalk it up to something i was making up in my head. A simple blood test would’ve shown that i was developing hyperthyroidism which heart palpitations is a symptom of. So frustrated because i would’ve known sooner if he had not dismissed my concerns.

Brought my wife in to see a doctor, we sat for 20mins, no one greeted us and staff walked past us several times and this person keeps eating and just looks at us from time to time.

Another place that's gotten lazy since Covid. They cut their hours way back. Waiting days for prescriptions and appointments. Absolutely ridiculous.

I called to schedule an appt the receptionist is so rude No appointment for 7 weeks I was just released from hospital. Terrible!!! Shame on you

Unlike the majority of staff here, Dr. Samaddar will take the time needed to listen. His medicine is a comprehensive approach, not just a band aid for symptoms.What has prompted me to rate them now (have been a patient most of my life), is Amy the RN.Thank you for ensuring my case didn't fall through the cracks. Please keep up the great work!

I went to see Dr. Holdcraft for a variety of strange symptoms I was experiencing. She basically said: “I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you.” I asked if she thought I should have bloodwork and she replied, “No, because you had bloodwork done at your last physical“ (months ago!!).Three weeks later I called and requested to get a script for bloodwork, stating I wanted to be tested for Lyme. She wouldn’t order the bloodwork without another appointment. I told her my symptoms were identical to when I had seen her and she had NOTHING to offer. It took a week of negotiating over the phone and then she finally agreed to give the script. A week after my bloodwork, I received the most bizarre message from Dr. Holdcraft: “So, I don’t know why we tested you for Lyme but it’s positive. I guess you’ve started antibiotics (NO, I hadn’t since this was the first I was learning of this).”My experience was most unprofessional!! I can’t help but think of how my healing could’ve started much sooner had she ordered bloodwork when I first came in..... She seems completely disengaged.

The doctors here seem nice but some of the staff were not good at all. I wish I took there names. My very 1st initial visit, I came for an appointment with Dr. Samaddar, never met him before 1st time. I was told he wasnt there or running late, therefore a female staff person or head nurse told me to see Dr. Karkala My daughters new doctor, and I did. Thought it was odd I didnt get to see him. On my 2nd visit to see Dr. Samaddar I finally meet him and I say, I never got to meet you my 1st visit. He recalled and said "yes my staff said you refused to come in my office"..I said what??

I said who said that? thats a lie. I was told by a female staffer with short hair that you were running late or not there and they escorted me back into Dr. Karkala's room. I remember stepping out of the room to ask "do I go in the next room" they said no you are going to see Karkala and they had me go in the same room. Im thinking 1. why would they lie? 2. Why would I refuse to see the dr. on my 1st initial visit choosing this doctor, does not make sense. 3. I never even knew he even had his own separate quarters across the hall from Karkala's area. I just learned on my 2nd visit I had to go to the exit and go across the hall to his office. They never told me to go anywhere my 1st visit and thats a fact, my daughter is a witness. Why would I ask in dr. Karkala's area if Im to go in the next room to see dr. samaddar? not even knowing they werent even in the same quarters. The staff nurses control what room you go in and where they told me to go or stay, I went. If its one thing I hate is liars! He said my daughter and my appt was at the same time. I said yes, she was to see Karkala and I was to see you. And your staff told me to see Karkala because you werent here or maybe they didnt want my daughter seen without me but theres no reason to lie to him or me. I didnt like hearing that at all. He kept saying he was there. I said well your staff lied. I was annoyed with this office the 1st time a heavy set woman at the front desk gave me a hard time to get a covid test because Dr Karkala suggested I take it at a specific date before my trip to get it in time. We took the test to find out it was too soon. Tried to get the test done over and was sent elsewhere by her when its hard to get a test without a doctors order. So that made me feel a way about the staff here. So this 2nd visit took the cake. We just chose this office after moving. We will definitely be looking for a new primary doctor office where the staff is more courteous and honest. Its unfortunate my daughter said she liked her new doctor Karkala.

I see the APN Christina and she is awesome. Very attentive and thorough care. The staff follow up after any testing. They promptly call or send a letter, which I have not experienced from other offices in the past. They made a last minute appointment to accommodate my daughter who was sick on a Friday. That is not something most practices would do. I really appreciated that especially since she was a new patient. Their office staff is professional and prompt. The office is very clean. I would definitely recommend this practice.

A specialist recommended an EKG due to some symptoms. I quickly got an appointment within the week with Christine Stone. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating- considering I was an anxious mess. The results were abnormal, but I was reassured kindly and professionally. They even got me an appointment with a cardiologist the next day. So glad to have found a new primary.
