I called this place to unbend my tire and they told me to come in same day. When i get there i was looked up and down and told to come in tuesday. Drove a pretty good distance.

I have been a Harts customer for several years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The selection of bikes is perfect. When I went in to buy my first road bike in years, Alex and Casper plucked this beauty right off the shelf for me. Perfect fit.The service is great. Ross let’s me try out different configurations and takes the time to get it right. Casper helped me upgrade equipment, all of them have a lot of experience riding and fixing bikes.

I got to the door at the same time as one of the employees who grabbed the door stop right in front of me, said sorry, and closed the door. I didn’t know it was close to closing time and saw there was six minutes left (enough time to see the small Mountain bike inventory). Terrible business practice buddy. I’ll take my business to the shop down the road with much better customer service.

Excellent customer service from Ross and his team. It's one of the best bike shops in the area for competitive cyclists. Ross worked hard to get the manufacturer to ship the bike to his shop during a time of limited or unavailable inventory.

Ross was an absolute superhero getting me and my husband bikes (hybrid and performance) for our first triathlon. He was knowledgable about what needed and found us the perfect bikes to feel comfortable and perform well. If you are in the market for a high quality bike, I highly recommend visiting Hart’s. Met Ross last week onsite for my first ever triathlon. Beyond appreative of his final checks on my bike, some water (forgot to bring my own) and overall encouragement! If you have any needs, def good know a shop like this exist and I'll def be connecting with him down the road.

The team at Hart’s were providing services at the start of the NJ State Triathlon - they sorted out my tire pressure and spare parts to boot. Friendly team and great service, cannot recommend them enough :)

Hate to give a mediocre review, but my experience was just that. I made an appointment for a GURU bike fit at 11am on a Wednesday (shop opens at 11am). Staff opens the door and I roll my bike in. The owner sees me and immediately gets irate at his staff. He proceeds to curse at them for scheduling the fitting, but (I think) failing to add it to a calendar or something. This goes on for a solid 10 minutes in earshot to anyone in the store to the point I'm feeling like a huge annoyance and about to leave. The whole scene is just awkward and uncomfortable. Guy settles down, we get started and the GURU machine isn't working properly - won't provide any resistance so I'm just spinning like crazy, keyboard not responding, etc. The camera that is supposed to take a sideview picture isn't setup, so I got an obstructed picture of the front of the bike (see pic). The whole setup was in general disarray. The guy, Ross I think, was nice once he calmed down, but the whole thing felt super rushed and disorganized, and the resulting data is kind of useless because I was never provided the "bikes that fit you" information that is supposed to be part of the package. I emailed the shop a couple of weeks later asking for the follow up data, and never got a response. Now I'm in a position where I'm considering paying for another fitting at Cadence because the GURU data just isn't very helpful. Would I go to Hart's to buy parts/kit, sure. Would I recommend their bike fitting services? No.
