Every time I go in there I find a tool that I haven't seen in years so I buy it and with that being said in my most recent trip I must have misplaced the nail polish I bought and I called to double check with them and they told me don't worry about it. It's hard to get customer service like that”

“Revising my review since HBS followed up and Andy came back and took care of the issue.I had bunch of window balancers replaced by Hamilton Building Supply. Two of them in my kids rooms broke within couple of weeks and upon emailing them several times, sales manager and lead technician kept promising replacements but never bothered showed up on scheduled dates. No apologies and no call backs. Never again doing business with HBS”

“This is the most helpful hardware store i have ever been to. I walked in with a part of our power washer that was not working properly. I was not sure if they would even have a replacement piece. Rick brought me three options. Installed the piece to make sure it fit properly and that was it. The whole thing was less than 5 mins. I just tried the power washer, it works beautifully.”

“Came in today to get some keys made and Nate assisted me immediately. Such a warm and friendly guy! One of the keys needed to be manually made so he called Rick over to make a copy of a much more complicated key. I have to give it to Rick for being so knowledgeable at this because it seemed to be a very intricate process as I, along with other customers, watched him make a copy of a key manually using an old-fashioned key maker. Rick was also very helpful and definitely cheerful. Made my day especially since I just lost my dog of 16 1/2 years just a couple of days ago. Staff like Rick and Nate makes things just a lot better. Thank you!”

“Great job, guys! Their team knows their stuff. Ken was the person who assisted me. I came in looking for 2 slide dimmer switch on a single gang. Not the most popular item, but I knew if one existed, they'd have it. Ken was able to find one, but was in their Philly warehouse. He had it to me the next morning. Exactly what I needed and it works great! The shop appears to be small. It's not your Ace Hardware or Home Depot type place. More for electricians who want personalized service as opposed to searching through a big box store.”
