I don’t know how the flowers were. I tried to talk to the person behind the counter. She didn’t have the information so she called over the person that would have the information, but that person was angry for having to work and wouldn’t help. Needs to be improvement on Customer Service there.

Hands down, the best florist in the area! They create such beautiful arrangements for every occasion. They are so helpful and friendly, you just know you’re going to have wonderful experience.
My favorite….I give them a $$ amount and tell them the colors I’m looking for. Their designers create the most gorgeous, unique bouquets I’ve ever seen! My wife is always blown away by how breathtaking their arrangements are.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Extremely happy with the bouquet that was ordered. The flowers were vibrant and fresh and matched the description online. Quick delivery, great attention to detail, and their website is easy to navigate. The Flower Shop of Pennington Market truly went above and beyond. Provided a beautiful floral arrangement for a memorial service, including a stand. The employee who assisted was compassionate and made a difficult task seamless. Asked questions about what colors and flowers we wanted incorporated.

I had been using other florists in the area with general satisfaction. A year ago I was disappointed with one of them and for the next occasion I decided to give PQM a try. I wasn’t just satisfied, I was amazed; the service over the phone couldn’t be easier, and the flowers were absolutely amazing for the price. They were beautifully arranged, fresh and lasted for almost a week. I’ll not go anywhere else from now on.

I can't say enough about the level of care and service. Barbara, the owner, went above and beyond to get flowers delivered to my client. After not being able to able to reach my client to deliver the flowers at her work address, Barbara offered to deliver them to her at her home address. I was so grateful. Plus, the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend the Flower Shop of Pennington Market.

Great experience with this florist! Same day delivery, and yet the quality was STILL exceptional! The arrangement was so large and full of beautiful FRESH flowers, the friend I ordered them for was brought to tears! Thank you for the lovely work you do!
