We have been taking our Audi, BMW and Minis to Nick for many years and he always takes care of the cars and is very communicative if there is an unexpected repair or item that needs fixing. This is a great auto repair shop and Joey on the front desk is also a pleasure to deal with and always helpful. Highly recommend this shop to everyone with absolute confidence that Nick, Joey and his mechanics will do a flawless job!

I was there on Thursday 11th of July 2024 to try and resolve an oil and coolant leak on my Mercedes Benz but as soon as I got there I knew something was off!!!
I entered the place and the front desk guy didn’t even bother to acknowledge me and when he got off the phone I explained what the problem was but this person couldn’t care a thing about it he didn’t even ask what car it was or What I really wanted to do plus he just started saying it was going to cost me 176$/hr and They were going to have to keep it for at least 2 days in the shop! Not to mention the next appointment available was for 2 weeks up ahead that day! I gotta say I’ve worked in customer service before and this was one of the worst I’ve ever seen in my life!!! I do not recommend this place at all!! Just make people feel uncomfortable and its a waste of time and gas just for such a bad experience

I can drive my older Mini Cooper with confidence knowing I’ve got the European Plus Inc team on my side! Not only is the enstire European Plus Inc team amazingly kind and friendly, they are so honest and operate with a level of integrity that you dream about when it comes to car repairs. Not being a gear head myself, it gives me a huge sense of relief knowing that these guys won’t take advantage of me, will explain things in ways I can understand and will always have my car running in tip-top shape. We have been taking our two older Volvos to European Plus for many years now and I'm very happy. The repairs and maintenance are consistently done well, they use high quality parts. The guys are courteous, professional and friendly. They also honor their warranty without making it feel like it is a favor. And we've only had to use that once. The best recommendation is that our old cars keep running.

My husband and I have been taking our elderly Volvos ('93 & '02) to Nick and his crew for years. They do not scoff at the cars, and are up front about what needs to be done now, and what can wait. They communicate clearly and promptly, and never talk down to us. They recently honored their labor and parts warranty on a throttle body that failed within a few months of installing, without making us feel like they'd done us a favor. They are a competent and honest bunch of folks.
