I struggled between 2 stars and 3. I don’t want to be harsh but I can’t lie. It was my first time booking an appointment here, I asked for a one color process. Two weeks prior I made the mistake of using dark blonde box dye. It came out orangish (I know it was a mistake). I just wanted a LIGHT brownish red or something similar to cover the orangish color. I showed her pictures (multiple) and left the salon with very VERY dark auburn hair, my roots not matching (she did offer to fix with a second appointment) but the biggest thing was dye LEFT in my hair even after the wash. On the way home my scalp was in bad shape and I had to wash it as soon as I got home.I called and canceled the 2nd appointment, she did offer to fix it with no charge. However I can’t in good faith go back and worry that something else won’t happen. I don’t go to salons often because prior to the box dye my hair was its natural color. This unfortunately put a bad taste in my mouth. I do want to clarify that she was very nice about everything. I just can’t trust that it can be fixed properly.

Went in for a hair donation and thought everything went well. It is a very nice salon and Diana was very nice as well. I dont doubt that she does great work otherwise but I really just cant believe she let me leave looking like this. I didn't notice until I got home that where she tapered my hair down she went so high on the right and made no attempt to fix it or let me know and see how I would of wanted it fixed.

What a CUTE PLACE! And the prices are more than fair for the service I got there. I followed Jennifer Johnson and Jen Perez from Lambertville because they are both AMAZING. They have so much skill and amazing personalities that you don't even realize how hard they're working! Its like going out for a cup of coffee with an old friend and then BAM your hair looks awesome AND you also have tips on a new babysitter or the best recipe for empanadas.....(Want double the fun? Go Thursdays. They're both there ;) )

Lily B did my hair last Saturday and I haven't stopped smiling!! I had dark brown virgin hair, I have never dyed my hair and I didn't want something so drastic! I didn't want it to be completely damaged especially because I felt it is a bit dry and these were concerns I had told her about before the appointment as well. She reassured me everything was going to be OKAY and if I wanted to cancel that was an option for me but that she will do everything in her power to keep my hairs integrity. Which I admired because I know I am not easy and I was a bit frantic(?) about how it would come out and what to expect. But I was so READY FOR A CHANGE! Lily was great. She addressed multiple concerns I had going into the appointment, made me comfortable and made sure to talk me through every step to ease myself. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Diana's totally nailed it! I got the exact color I wanted. And probably...no, absolutely the best shampoo/massage/conditioning treatment ever. Can't wait to go back for a trim/cut.. this place is on my list!!!!

Love Sarah Jane and Sarah, always a beautiful job. Sarah Jane always colors and cuts my hair and I love it every time. They always follow up with any messages very promptly. The studio is clean and the facility staff are very nice and professional. Diana's is my "go to" for my daughters prom hair, as well! Great place. I love everyone who works there, even the staff who I haven't worked with. Everyone is friendly and personable!

Love Diana's! My entire family are their clients both men and women old and young. Deep talent in a compassionate and understanding team. Clean salon always on time and plenty if parking. We have been clients over 9 years and feel like extended family.
