The Pennington branch of Chase Bank, a true bastion of dependable service in an uncertain world. Though my experience with other branches has been a wild ride, this establishment has remained steadfast in their commitment to excellence. While I conduct most of my banking online, I am always struck by the personal touch displayed by the employees when I do visit in person. They seem to remember me, not just as a customer, but as a fellow human being. In a world where everything is becoming increasingly automated, the Pennington branch of Chase Bank reminds us that there is still value in the human touch.

Unfortunately, this is a poorly managed branch. We walked in to make an appointment and returned for the appointed time, but there was no record of the appointment. Very unprofessional, particularly when we were speaking with the same banker that supposedly made the appointment.There is another customer here that is having problems with their small business customer banking because this branch did a poor job issuing a check.

Had a number of transactions to complete. Narind, one of the bankers there was so helpful. He explained everything clearly. All the staff I have met at this branch have been so pleasant and helpful.

I have made 5 calls today at this location but no one picks up the phone. I needed help with notary, went to the branch to get notary but notary was not there. One of the chase bank member took my name and number and told me she will call to let me know when notary will be in branch, I haven't received the call back yet. I asked her when will the notary will be in, she said she don't know, really!!!!!!!!! you guys do not know the schedule of the employees.Chase Bank and this branch manager should wake up from the sleep nap he is taking one and pay attention the customer feed back of 1 starts they are getting.

I went to this branch twice once inside and once outside through the drive through. I received a money order back from The Board because i over paid THE WOMEN IN THERE WOULDNT HELP ME TELL ME I HAVE TO GO TO THE HOOD IN TRENTON IN ORDER TO CASH IT! So instead od them depositing it they want me to get shot to cash a money order for 340.00$ Unbelievable. I have over 50,000$ in my accounts in that bank and they can’t help me!!! Unreal WORST BANK EVER!!!! Do not go there if you want help!!!

While the individuals working as tellers and financial advisors at this location are competent and pleasant, there is no restroom. By default they recommend folks use the Starbucks restroom across the street and a busy intersection without a traffic light. I go out of my way to avoid this particular branch/location.
