Alexia was knowledgeable and helpful during my appointment. She was clear about the facets of a checking account and answered any and all of my questions. Finances can be a headache but she made my banking experience at Chase very pleasant.

Have had two occasions recently to go inside the bank to work with a banker. They have been very accommodating and helpful. I am doing more banking with them after having so many bad experiences with my other major bank of 20 years who have less helpful and less nice people working there.
