BOA is a very easy and secure place to keep your checking and savings accounts for several reasons. The BOA app is extremely user friendly and is full of excellent information that allows you to track your accounts, clearly see how you spend your money and offers budgeting tools to help you improve your money management. I find their "dashboard" especially interesting and useful for the purposes of seeing exactly how I spend and what I spend on in case I want to make adjustments to my spending. Transferring money between accounts is a breeze, depositing checks via your phone is excellent and there are plenty of branches in the event that you need to go to a physical location and get in person assistance. Their fraud protection is phenomenal and I've been notified on several occasions of suspicious activity in my checking account that was immediately detected and addressed. Last year when I was scammed by an unscrupulous group fraudulently masquerading as a legitimate organization BOA stepped into action immediately when I filed a fraud claim and I was completely reimbursed without any complications or problems after a few simple questions were answered. There was never a question about whether or not I was going to be reimbursed the funds, only a question about how much time it would take and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my funds back. I feel very secure banking at BOA and would not hesitate to recommend this institution to anyone. Knowing that they are constantly monitoring my funds is a very good feeling.

Called bank of America, to inquire where my unemployment debot card was. Was told I'd have it by April 21, they were doing the best they could. Then was told I can ca cell that cald and have one sent Express, for 10 dollars. So they are doing the best they can, not pay us more and we can do better. Wow bank of america taking care of Americans, the state of new Jersey already Pay's them for this. Hell of a policy in these times. Americans need to stay away from this company. Shame on the money grabbing bank to big to fail still

Consumers- please stay way from Merill Lynch if at all possible. There are better options out there with much better customer service. This company has what could be called "customer no service". Experienced some of the worst customer service here than I have in my entire life.

Pleasant office complex with greenspace and water feature in center. Sidewalks between buildings on outer side of area wander around natural areas - nice for a noon hour walk. Buildings are standard class A spaces, adequate but not outstanding.

Incompetent , remittance takes 10 days , sender bank said 3 to 4 days , only 12000ntd and the fees deducted directly is 450nt which sender already paid for

the absolute WORST bank and service I've ever had to deal with... they either read from a manual or simply don't know what they're doing.. it took over 2 months for them to "verify" they received documents for my acct and not once did anyone ever return a phone call
