Can't actually get a hold of anyone there. You have to talk to a automated system. I've had a package that tracking says has been there for 3 weeks and the automated system says it's not there. The tracking shows it there. You guys are horrible!!

Called to get assistance with a package over a week over due from Phila, Pa.Not only did the "Post Master" refuse to look into it, He refused to Identify himself!
