“I was driving my car with a broken window and the tape holding the plastic as a cover came off, making loud flapping noises and I could Not drive. I pulled over at Jimmy Jim’s Auto and asked for help finding a place to buy tape. The owner was such a fine gentleman; he walked inside got some tape and taped it over the plastic holding the car. He put lots of it so it would not come off. He was busy working on another vehicle but took time to help me. I really appreciate it. I wanted to thank you for the good person you are; I bet your customers feel the same. Thank you.”

It seems that there was a pre-existing condition which surfaced after we drove off their lot as probably prior owner didn't maintain the cooling system properly.
