Everyone from the tellers to Customer Service and the Branch Managers go above and beyond. Worth waiting for even if there's a wait which is rare.

The tellers are rude and inconsistent. Have no knowledge of notary and proper and professional procedures. Not professional at all!

This is the closest TD to me unfortunately so I do not have many options other then changing banks which I'm considering. Just about every time I go to this location the tellers and or managers are rude. They behave as if they can not be bothered to do their job.

I was shocked when I opened my savings account the young lady helping me just told me the bank will ship my ATM CARD IN 10 days, myself having several accounts In Different banks as of today. never had that experience, secondly, no paper given to me just digital virtually educs signing. On savings account every service is limited NO TRANSFERS NO PAY BILLING NO SENDING MONEY BASIC FEATURES! Where as of BANK OF AMERICA PROVIDES ALL THOSE BASIC SERVICES TO US CUSTOMERS!

So on August 7th While trying to deposit money in the ATM It ripped me off $120 and kept my card I went insideThe teller Filed a claim and returned my card And told me that this actually happens all the time no big deal 10 days later I inquired about it as I have not received my funds back to my account and was told claim was closed because the teller didnt provide any info with the claim so I filed another claim still no money back so I called again apparently the person never submitted the 2nd claim so I had to file another claim and told it would take 10 days. So have to wait a month and I hope they give me my money back? Basically now im scared to use the ATM machine.

THEEEE.. slowest drive through service I've ever experienced for a bank. Inefficiency at is best. To be self labeled 'America most convenient bank' it's anything but convenient when I come to this location. The fact that teller can't do transactions at window, probably contributes the most to these problems.

Slow drive through service. Waited 30 minutes just to withdraw some money and terrible custpmer service. I've had oil changes faster than this
