Lovely selection of pretty much everything! A lot of porcelain dinner sets, original framwd pictures, furniture and much more. The owners are friendly and will help you find anything you might be looking for.

Coming here is like traveling back in time. You never know what you’re going to find and they have a sale price every day.

I've been to Grist Mill Antiques Center many times, and highly encourage checking it out at least once. There are a few things to keep in mind, though.
The antiques center is large, two stories and much bigger on the inside than you would assume. It is mosty organized into rooms by vendor or type, and most vendors carry items of a similar type. So, there are some sections which are entirely glassware or ceramics or the like. There are sections that are entirely a single thing, and not seperated by vendor. Clothing can be found in a corner up the stairs and to the right, as well as on a few mannequins throughout the Center. Furniture is mostly up the stairs and all the way to the back. Jewelry is mostly in cases on the first floor, but there is some in drawers on the second floor. It is initally very overwhelming in Grist Mill, but once you know how to navigate it, it's not so bad.
There is no changing room, but there is a bathroom on the first floor.
In terms of price, there are frequent discounts at Grist Mill, but it is not necessarily affordable. The pricing is not like that of a thrift store; expensively made items are expensive.
I have personally had no negative experiences with the staff. They are very friendly.

LOVE this antique shop. So much stuff, definitely something for everyone. It’s huge, I actually got lost a couple times. I wasn’t able to see it all in one trip and will definitely be back!

Too much glass ware, very cluttered, very rude owner, not a way to run a business with all the competition out there.

Terrible customer services the lady with short white hair was SO SO rude. The place was a mess it would be impossible to find anything in it without asking but apparently asking for coupe glasses is too much trouble for the people that work there .....why be troubled with actually selling anything? Will be taking my time and wallet elsewhere.

Very few vendors with anything remotely definable as "antique." Mostly junk, unfortunately, and some local-made knickknacks (which aren't bad, but aren't antiques!). The people who operate the facility are a mixed bag, some are sweet and kind, and some are dismissive. There are better selections in other nearby locations. There are a few treasures, though, so I think it's worth checking out at least once!

Wide variety of items. Like any antique store, you find the gems in the search. Found a gorgeous tiffany lampshade. Def worth the visit

I came across this place while looking at reviews for another antique shop, and knew that I had to visit once I read someone else's review about how much dinnerware was here! Grist Mill Antiques did NOT disappoint- I found a few pieces I was looking for, but also enjoyed seeing all of the beautiful dinnerware and antiques. Loved it here and will absolutely be back!!

Beautiful antique store with lovely staff willing to help you every step of the way! Fairly priced items for most of the vendors but some of the silver goods are very over priced. Other than that, great place to visit and shop!

Last Monday evening, my cell phone died while I was staying alone overnight on LBI. When my husband was contacted, he decided to purchase a princess phone at the Grist Mill in order to access a landline we once had at the house. He was charged $58, told (by the owner) it could "not be tested here" but to return it if it didn't work. No further instructions. When my husband brought the phone to our house, we were not able to make any calls out so it provided no security for me and was basically useless. When we returned home after the holiday, my husband tried to return the phone since it did not serve the purpose for which it was needed. An employee promptly plugged the in and informed us it worked. Well, it didn't work for us. The only reason my husband took a chance and spent $58, was the guarantee that it could be returned if it didn't work. WE COULD NOT ACCESS SERVICE THEREFORE IT DID NOT WORK. Refusing to refund our money with the statement, "You should have called right away if it didn't work." was ludicrous!!! Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!! CALLED ON WHAT? In addition, telling us that the consigner had already been paid was very questionable on several levels. So, the truth is we were deceived. Apparently angering and losing customers is better than living up to a promise. Definitely avoid this place.
