I bought a Chevy equinox in October. I was short on time, and saw the vehicle online and was interested. I walked in to find out this is more of a buy here, pay here dealership. The lady only had one bank she could refer me to for a loan. It seemed in pretty good shape considering being a 2007, so I took it. The past 2 months, the suspension has started getting quite loud. Turns out, I needed to replace the wheel bearings. It's typical to be replaced at 100k, and this vehicle was around 130k. So I had to get the front end done, which was around $300 each side. I called the office about about the issue with the coolant I realized. When I turn the heat on, the car has a sweet toxic burning smell. I thought maybe it sat around for awhile. Turns out it needs to have the heater core replaced which is around $1300.The owner has yet to call me back as of a couple weeks ago. I brought to 3 mechanics and they were all able to quickly tell me the heater core needed replacement. I would appreciate help with the heater core, it's a long and costly replacement.

Great price on cars and very nice people. Well when can get ahold of them. This is why only giving a 4 ⭐ rating. Cause it's hard to get ahold of someone when have a question. Other than that I would have given a 5 ⭐

I cannot say enough about how pleasant our experience was with the people from Epic. My husband and I had a stress free experience for the entire process, from looking on the lot to completing the final paperwork and driving away. They were true to their word on every commitment they made to us. We were so pleased by their integrity that we brought our granddaughter there to purchase her car. The same professional and cordial help all the way! I will definitely purchase another car from them in the future!

The sales lady Cayla was absolutely phenomenal and beyond helpful when helping me pick the perfect car for my needs and budget ! The owner was extremely understanding and honest throughout the process! The car I bought is running great as well! Was extremely clean and ready for my busy schedule! Would recommend!

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Epic Auto Sales in Pemberton, ** almost two years ago. This was a very positive experience! The salesman was responsive to what we were looking for, with no pressure to steer us in any direction. We found them to be honest and solid with their quotes and guarantees. We were so happy with them that we recently brought our granddaughter to them to purchase a vehicle. They were just as obliging and as clear and forthright with her as they were with us. I would feel quite comfortable recommending them to anyone.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced, for the last 4/5 days I have been coming here because their hours say open but then when I arrive the doors are locked and no one is here. I even try to call but yet no one answers the phone…well today I show up and they are actually open but no one is to be seen, so I sit in the office…I have sat here for almost over an hour now and no help….but then I see someone in one of the cars in the garage(if they are an employee, they are sitting on phone in the car) they are useless because as I was walking out of office to my car they still didn’t help…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ESLE!!! Do not waste your time with these people

They have a new mechanic guy named Lee from Common vision transmission and auto repairs. Smh worst mistake these guys all year long! Not only is he terrible at fixing cars he also has a habit of trying to fix himself up with the woman that come in if you know what I'm saying. Bottom line is if they didn't have this problem ( mechanic) they would be alright. Stay clear if here ladies unless you don't mind paying for your car in other ways???
