One of the worst experiences i ever encountered anywhere!!!! I waited to write this review till they charged my card. The manager of this location has no customer service skills at all what so ever. I was not happy with the rental they gave me and she said i could swap the next day or whenever. And that was understandable. The next day i called to swap out the vehicle and she said i would have 1 option at 1 location or 1 option at the mt holly location. Wich i was worried i would end up with a worse vehicle than i had and the times she said i could go. So i said i will see idk and hung up. I called back to tell her what i was planning on doing and one of her employees she manages , before i could say anything started to tell me how they do not appreciate being hung up on!!!!!!! So because i did not say good bye and have a great day, apparently i hung up on her . Than she must of been so upset about me not saying good bye she decided to tell her employees she manages and have them answer and talk down on a "customer". Than later that night the car they gave me ended up malfunctioning and check engine lights came on and rear view camera stopped working. Terrible car, terrible managment, terrible customer service and all around TERRIBLE. This place is horendous and while i needed the car to finish xmas shopping and handle day to day things. I returned it early i want nothing to do with this place and NEVER will again!!!!

A small location but hands down the most efficient customer service I have ever experienced. One gentleman was running the show and did a phenomenal job!Would recommend this location to anyone!

This is my second time renting from enterprise, the first time I went all of the staff were friendly and competent. However much has changed since then, EXCEPT the manager Caitlyn, she is a God send to the company and the only reason the review is not one star.When picking up the vehicle I had the displeasure of dealing with Mohammad, he was very rude and dismissive when I tried to speak with him about the existing damage on the vehicle. When I declined paying $25 a day for enterprise insurance instead of my own his whole demeanor changed and he rolled his eyes at me. Disrespectful and unprofessional. He rushed me into signing the contract and snarkily asked when my vehicle would be done so I could bring back the rental. I didn't have that information because I had not even dropped my vehicle off yet to get repaired.I reached out to Caitlyn (the MVP of the company) about the matter with Mohammad and she was very professional I sent photos of the exsisting damage of the vehicle that Mohammad dismissed. She assured me that everything would be okay and she wrote a note in my file.Upon returning the vehicle I had the dismay of dealing with Austin, another manager in need of training. He did not bring his IPAD with him nor checked the contract which stated the exsisting damage with a note in it. He told me that "Enterprise does not rent out damages vehicles" which he later admitted was not true. His initial approach was accusatory despite not bringing his IPAD which was the only way he would be able to see the contract.Caitlyn was the redeeming qaulity on behalf of enterprise. She quickly resolved the matter I had with Austin and reaffirmed that I was not at fault for the damage as document previously.

I have been renting from Enterprise for over ten years. They have always been a kind and friendly establishment. The employees and I would make each other laugh whenever I'm in the office renting a vehicle, just as if old friends were reconnecting again. When reserving on-line, someone has taken the liberty to have a vehicle waiting for me, or recommend an upgrade depending on my needs. I wouldn't rent anywhere else, even if it was in another country, enterprise would be my only services.
