Don’t appreciate that this pharmacy will tell you that they don’t have your med in stock and then when you tell them that you will have the prescription voided and taken somewhere else then all of a sudden they call you and they have it in stock! Wow! I am on a controlled substance and I’ve had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. They kept telling me my doctor was calling in 45 instead of 90.. And I sat with my doctor 2weeks ago he showed me he was calling in 90 and the pharmacy was splitting the 90 into 45 every 15 days NOT THE DOCTOR! This is completely unprofessional and not right!

Literally every time I go here there is an issue. They never call to explain issues or concerns. They make u get all the way there thinking everything is ok before they mention anything to you. The incident with my son’s medication was the last straw and last time I will try to be degraded by a pharmacist. My sons doctor sent over a prescription for antibiotics for a severely infected and broken toe. They called my sons doctor and told her they have the medication but it will be missing one dose because they have to order more. Doctor said it was fine and okay to be filled with what they had they hung up with one another.. problem solved ? No, An hour later I go to pick the medicine up and they make a big issue saying they don’t have the medicine to fill it. I passed about 4 pharmacy on the way back home and a simple phone call instead of waiting for me to get there knowing the severity of the situation would have been very convenient, helpful and courteous. Instead it took me about 45 minutes to have another pharmacy get ahold of them to send my sons script to a pharmacy back in the direction I had already came from. Long story short it took my son 4 hours since the script was sent over by doctor to receive medication to take after telling the doctor they have it excluding 1 dose because if they would have been honest she would have sent it to a different pharmacy to have the problem solved. This was the last incident I decided to put up with and although this place is in the area I’d rather drive anywhere else. All this for antibiotics if you get prescribed anything stronger good luck! Very bad attitudes here and power hungry.

My family has been a customer of Boyd's for over 20 yrs. All of a sudden they tell me they can't fill my son's script because they know that my son was picking up his script and the selling them. No proof just hear say I tried to tell them it's wrong but very rudely was spoken to and they no longer will fill his scripts. That is slander (lawyer)

Too Many People are in the Pharmacy!!! One Pharmacist doesn't know what shes doing! Two times they messed up my prescriptions and I had to get my insurance in involved and they hung up on them! This Pharmacy is terrible, and unethical!! I don't recommend!!!
