My experience was terrible when I met James I stood there for five minutes with no acknowledgement, he couldn’t tell me what the codes meant when another employee asked him he said I don’t know ! The other girls Kenzi and Jules were so nice to me, they could see I was frustrated with him and stepped in to help. Not too many young people working retail are nice these days but they were fantastic! Thanks girls.

On 02 April 2023, I purchased a battery from this location. The first battery was not serviceable, so I brought it in for a replacement after four days on my truck. The second battery worked, but it was not fully charged at the time of purchase. Once they charged the battery, I picked it up and shortly after had a starter failure on my truck which was untimely for my trucks service interval. This is likely linked to the first unservicable battery, but this cannot be confirmed. On March 12th of 2024, the second battery failed. Even with the Noco Genius Pro jump pack, the truck did not get enough juice to illuminate the dash lights. Due to being currently deployed, my spouse had no option but to have the vehicle towed in for service. Once our mechanic confirmed the battery had been the issue, he replaced the battery. Needless to say- after tow expenses and repairs, the choice to purchase a battery from Autozone had cost my family almost $800 between the starter, tow in, battery replacement. I highly advise not doing business with this location due to my experience.
