George at advance auto in brownsmills was the friendliest most helpful person I’ve come across in a long time. Its cold the weather is rainy and windy but he took hos time trying to test my battery then helping me find one that worked best and going over how to remove and replace it myself so that I wouldn’t have to wait on the dealership on Monday. I told him im a teacher with 2 small kids and i needed to really have my car back up and running before then. He made sure i was able to do just that. I will definitely use this shop again and i hope George is here when i do.

The employees here were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. Joe changed my battery for me after checking the alternator, the battery and the check engine light. he was knowledgeable about the possible issues my vehicle was having. I feel that all those that helped me out today went above their normal duties and I’m grateful they did. Thanks Advance Auto parts. I recommend them.

I went here on a Tuesday night at 8:15.I always like to research the part I'm looking to buy prior to going into the store to familiarize myself with what I'm buying and what other options I have if the particular item isn't in stock.I was needing a rearview mirror re-mount kit.(not a uncommon item)it was the "k-source" brand.If they didn't have that then they probably had the doorman re-mount kit.There was absolutely no one in the store at this time.The store looked good and there were Two employees on hand.One restocking on the floor and one doing inventory or something on the computer.I naturally went to the associate at the counter as he can see if it's available on the PC.I walked in, (no acknowledgement from either employee)Me - " do you have the k-source rear-view mirror re-mount kit here?"Associate -" um... I don't think so"I mentioned that I was on the website for this store and in fact that they did have It.He said I can look it up for you."What kind of car is it?"At this point the fact that this guy is asking me the type of car for a universal part blew me away.At this point I got the message and said take care, I see you're very busy here..I will never buy anything wether its 5$ -or 500.00$ at your stores ever again.He made me feel as though that type of part didn't even exist making me look like as if I was nuts.Its pathetic that a employee wouldn't give every single customer the same level of Customer service and care they deserve especially when I knew the part was in stock at the location I was at.Must feel good at the end of the day knowing your in the position of power to abuse it like a coward

Went there to get wife's car check engine light checked. The counter man was very helpful and gave me the codes. Store was neat and orderly. Staff was on point.
