“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”

“This post office seems to always be busy. It is efficiently run and kept clean, although the very nice lady behind the counter is rather slow and methodical. Allow at least 20 minutes to transact business at the counter.”
“Very quiet post office so I like to go there and get in and out. The workers are very friendly! They are closed for lunch from 1:00 - 2:00 so you need to plan around that. 5 stars!!”
“I'm not sure why people give this such a low rating, other than it's a small location? I have had great experiences there every time I go. The staff are friendly, they recommend the most appropriate things and don't try to upsell me. And they're just kind people. Right now, kindness is my key quality in frequenting a place. Nobody got time for mean people in Covid.”
“The employees behind the counter that I have dealt with have been very nice and helpful. The postmaster will never answer his phone, return calls or speak with anyone with complaints. But luckily you don't have to deal with him when you go to the counter, glad the employees are totally opposite of him.”

“Surprised to see the reviews here. This is the nicest post office in the area. I've tried most of them. The staff here have never been anything but friendly to me. Dana had the best energy of all time; I hope she's enjoying her retirement. Denean and Tasha are great too. I choose to travel 2 miles further to use this post office rather than my home zip code, because of how friendly and reliable the service is here. The fact is that 90% of dissatisfied customers will leave feedback, while only a tiny percentage of satisfied customers do.”
“I ship tons of packages (about 20,000 an year). This is my go to post office. The manager is very helpful and supportive. And 2020 was a tough year for all post office employees. Everyone souls appreciate their hard work.”

THE GENTLEMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER HAS THE SWEETEST PERSONALITY, SO KIND, SO NICE, SO CONSIDERATE AND SO PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THAT GENTLEMAN IS BEHIND THE COUNTER, THE ATMOSPHERE IS CALM, HIS VOICE IS SO SOOTHING AND NOT ONE CUSTOMER WAS HOSTILE. I CAN NOT REMEMBER GOING INTO A P.O. AND NOT HEARING A ROWDY P.O. EMPLOYEE ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER. GIVE HIM A SPECIAL RECOGNITION AND PROMOTE HIM BECAUSE HE IS AWSOME. I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO DESCRIBE HIM IN THIS MANNER BUT THE YOUMG MAN HAS TATTOOS . “Always quick and fast with a nice touch of conversation. Located in a strip mall area this post office is nestled off to the side. They have a good stock of shipping boxes, tape, etc. The office is quiet and clean. I am always greeted immediately and receive service with a smile.”
“Spoke to John today about a batch of returned mail that we received. He was so helpful. When I said I was unsure where the annex was, he offered to come to office to pick up the returned mail. Wow, we were so appreciative. So nice when you have a employee that goes that extra mile. Thank you!”
“Never had in issue with this place. Most recently, I went in for a passport renewal, the lady there helped me a ton and even caught that I was shipping to the old PO Box and corrected it. Got my passport very fast thanks to her.”

“The attendance here are extremely professional courteous and they work extremely efficiently and could not have a better local post office always a quick experience the postal employees are very knowledgeable sometimes the lines a little too long the hours should be a little longer especially on Saturday maybe difficult for some to find who are local to Essington”
