“Applied Bank offers a good credit card for those of us with less than stellar credit. Just setup autopay and make sure you make you minimum monthly payments until you see autopay deduct from your checking account for the first time. This company really does try and I really appreciated them being there for me and my family in my time of need. I will suggest that Applied Bank updates their website as it's a bit tricky to navigate and yes I've run into issues making payments as well due to the system that they have in place... That being said, they are try to provide the best service possible to all of their members and I truly believe this. If you run into issues making a payment online, just call them up and make a payment over the phone.”
“I’m not even a Bank of America customer but I’m really considering switching banks. All of the employees are nice but Rhonda went above and beyond for me. I went in for one thing but also had some questions about opening a business account and establishing credit. She is so professional and patient. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed like I have in the past.”
“I just spoke with Tim at the Member Service Center. I am a Senior, and have "issues" with memory. I had lots of questions about my card, my account and fees. Tim was extremely patient, kind and helpful. I appreciated his help very much. Sometimes I feel that the level of Customer Service one receives these days is less than optimal, but - not today! “I really enjoy this location! It's right by a Walgreens, Wawa and Whole Foods on your way to cross the DE/PA line. It's super convenient if you're in the area running errands and while I don't head to the bank often (and there are other options closer to home) this one seems to always have what I need possibly due to the fact that this location doesn't get too much traffic. I've seen at most 2 people in line at most. They have a drive thru which is convenient! But don't make the mistake I made of asking for quarters as they do not travel up the tube system well... this caused a minor inconvenience but was definitely a learning lesson. Making a quick run to the bank? This TD will make it easy for you to do.”
