It was not something that I could have done myself so I wanted to see if the jeans were still carried. They were not but, the manager Jennifer looked up the item and issued me a credit for the full amount I paid. Chris then helped me find a new pair and was spot on with the size and style. What a pleasant experience today. Thank you”
“Came in looking for 3 specific items I had found online to wear for an important event on short notice, thinking I’d be lucky to leave with even one of them. Maria was so incredibly helpful and found everything I was looking for. She had to go look in the back but she came out with the skirt in my size! “Fantastic customer experience at this store (12.30.24). I received a gift that didn't fit quite right. I tried on several wireless bras (very supportive) and ended up not only exchanging the two I came to replace, but I purchased an additional style as well as a couple of pair of panties. I LOVE Soma's bras and was forever a customer about 6-7 years ago. I tried their panties for the first time, after a conversation with them women at this location, and so far, I'll be coming back for them in the future as well. They appear to wash well, cover everything you want them to, and fit true to size.”

Walked into WHBM in Bridgewater, NJ and explained my situation. They asked me what size I was and the sales associate picked out a whole bunch of clothes for me. I got lucky w the first outfit. She even helped me with accessories. I was super pleased and would go back there again!!!”
