Check with the Paulsboro Police Department you will see he has many complaints for taking people’s money and not doing any work!! Run fast this guy is a con artist. He will take your money and not do any work he has conned multiple people.

Isaac is a decent guy.. he helped me as much as he could. He's broke. My intercooler was leaking and he put a p.o.s used one in there instead of an OEM one in there to make money on the repair. My turbo works now but I'll probably have to buy an intercooler to replace the p.o.s he put in. Oh well. He helped me out when in need. Took forever tho and drove it around a bunch.

ALERT!! ALERT!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS SHOP IS A TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! He never answer the phone He always make excuses and obviously take your money and time..."ohhh i just order the part but they sent the wrong one" ?? He is so good at what He does "ripped people's money"You ending having a nightmare!!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!

Con artists foreal. Going to say been an mechanic for 25 plus yrs. Lol backyard mechanic & still got the check engine light on. They just like motel 6 they will keep the light on for.

I came to VI Auto in need. My engine had been previously replaced under warranty (Carvana/Silverrock). However, the replacement engine had its own issues, as it was used before going into my car. Initially, they replaced the oil pressure switch, but the engine resumed running rough (bad timing chain tensioner) and burning oil. I brought it back in, and Isaac negotiated with the warranty company (Silverrock) and refused to install another used engine on my behalf. A shiny brand new engine was shipped instead (saw it on the crate myself), and VI installed. Only problem left- the bad second engine completely clogged my cat while burning oil. One more time back to VI. Replaced the whole assembly (2017 Tuscon's cat, pipe and front muffler is one full welded assembly) same day. Car now running as good as (if not better than) when I bought it with 25K miles. Isaac is a firm believer in OEM parts, and with good reason. They were designed for the job. Period. Good on him for that ethic. I'm a DIY guy as much as possible, but when I'm out of my league, I need a trusted shop. These guys are now my trusted shop.

Service is horrible very unprofessional having been calling for days to check the status of my car they don’t never answer or call you back I have no transportation back and forth to work and they are not even answering their phone this is an horrible experience I’m stressing bad and depressed they have had my car for 3 days I talk them one time

Had transmission code that required valve body to be replaced on a Subaru Impreza and they did a great job! Small business that does quality work!

I was going to sell my car via their service. They gave me an advertised window of 11 AM - 3 PM and did not show up. When I called to find out where they were the representative was extremely rude and unprofessional stating that they were not near my area and needed me to wait additional time even though I waited at home all day.
