“Went there today after sitting at another shop for 57 minutes without any idea of when they would see me. I pulled up to Jeffrey Tire and had two men approach me right away and was able to get my tire plugged and a valve stem changed. The communication was great and service even better. “Chances are if you are calling this company, you are having a bad day. Rest assured that DW will turn it around and get you back on track. We spent about three hours trying to get AAA, OnStar and other local businesses to respond to our flat tire in south Philadelphia and only DW responded and stayed focused on our problem. He sourced a new tire from a local vendor and brought it to the vehicle, mounted, balanced and installed the tire right on the curb where we were stranded. Don’t waste your time with the national “service“ providers. Call DW.”
“They took care of me. Our tire was completely popped and they worked with me with what I had in hand. Fast service and great people. So fast I got here at 11:30 and had a work meeting at 2:00, I was worried I wouldn’t have time to prepare for it because of this but I was in and out! Good family oriented business. Thank you guys!”

“As a newer driver who is still easily overwhelmed by driving, finding I had a flat tire last week was very overwhelmingly stressful. At the recommendation of my brother and parents (who have used them for many years) I called up Havertown Auto Services and they were able to see me right away that afternoon, take my bad tire, and put the new one on for me early the next morning! Their efficiency of quality service, and kindness through it all really makes a difference. I just got my other 3 tires replaced yesterday, and that too was done in a matter of a few short hours. I was back driving the same day and my car runs smoother than ever. I hope I don’t have any more problems soon, but if I do I will definitely be back because I know they’ll take care of me!”

I was happy to support a local, customer focused small business. I initiated contact at 9:30 am and the job was done by 12:30 pm!!!! I hope Jack stays in business and does not sell to Mavis. “I came over here on a Saturday. They replaced my power steering pump the same day. Paul, Frank and Chris were all amazing. I called the next day for a slight whine that the car was making and they had me bring it right. They said everything sounds normal and to give it a few days and the whine will stop. I'm not fully convinced yet that the whine is normal because I know the car and something doesn't seem right but I'm thankful they took the time on a Saturday and Sunday and were accommodating to my needs.
Changed from 4 stars to 5 because a week later I returned because of the noise I was still hearing. They replaced the pump again at no charge and told me to let them know if I experience anything else.”
“Found a screw in my tire when i got off work. Drove to the closest tire shop (Stan’s) and was in/out in less than 3 minutes. Tire plug was $10 ($12 with credit card) which honestly can’t be beat. Super pleased !”

“CDM tires is my favorite tire shop in the city! They always take care of me for any of my car needs. I legit call them in the morning and they have someone come pick up my car that day to get repairs. I've been using their services for the last 10 years and started off with them with their shop off of Lancaster ave in West Philly and now use their Upper Darby location for any car issues I have.
