I have had multiple horrible experiences here. My most recent one was when I went in to upgrade my phone and the phone that was recommended to me ended up being a downgrade with only 3G capabilities compared to my previous 5G phone. They won't accept returns or exchanges for any upgrade purchases, just a heads up to everyone.

Store says open , I came all to be told they are closing around 4:40pm meanwhile closing hours are 6pm/7pm. I wasted 30 minutes just to not get nothing done .nobody should go there shame

Destiny was great she got me in and out, the girl the day before couldnt get the computer working and lost my sale told me come back the next day i did and the store wasnt even open so i went to another dealer i called the store and Destiny answered the phone and helped me before i even left the house so she made the sale for the co.

No answer when I called. Store hours posted were not valid. Said they opened at 10 and still weren't open @ 11 when I left. Tried to find another store in area by calling customer service from the app and got a person from a call center in another country who spoke broken English. Told me that Cedarville PA was only 6 miles away from Paulsboro. Other than that, she couldn't do anything to help me. Tried calling METRO in Woodbury on Broad street and noone answered the phone all day....tried for 8 hours to get in touch with someone. SO frustrated!!!!!

I no longer go to any other metro by tmobile stores besides Paulsboro!! The woman Jasmine that works there is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! great customer service she keeps the store very clean and shes very helpful
