Went to get parts for my car. The associate working the counter was great. He asked his manager a question and she knew right away what the answer was. She said her name was Makayla. Great store and great manager . Both was very knowledgeable

Very good customer service I went in to get oil for my car and a lady named Makayla was really helpful she told me everything i needed and picked everything out for me 5/5 stars definitely going back for anything I need for my car

Workers are great ? good customer service and they try to help any way they can but obviously they are not mechanics we can’t expect them to know everything about cars.

I have been to the Gibbstown AutoZone a number of times. The store is always well stocked. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are very helpful.

Had two belts listed for the vehicle one they had the other was order only! I took a shot but the smaller one didnt fit. I took back the belt 2 days later and was refunded my money with out an issue!! Sales man was great, younger gentleman that really did his job plus!!

COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THE AUTOZONE AT 295 SWEDESBORO AVE IN PAULSBORO NJ. I’ve had nothing but positivity at other locations. But, on 9/6/23 at 12:47 pm, I purchased an extended magnetic mount (receipt #100785). I opened the item to install, and it had no stick. It’s a phone holder for a car. I reentered to show CHIP who took my order. He noticed the item wouldn’t even stick to his hand, let alone my dashboard. There were two other employees and one manager next to CHIP at the register. All that was recommended was for me to buy tape and tape it to my car. DISGUSTING. I asked them if they will reimburse me, they told me that they guess I just donated the $17.05. ALL SHOULD BE FIRED.

Overall a decent store. Although they didnt stock they type of transmission fluid my vehicle needed (dreaded ford focus dual clutch fluid). The store layout is easy to navigate and staff are friendly and willing to help
