“I called to ask a question, cause it was to late to come in, the person I spoke to Janiell… I believe was here name. So, I asked her a car insurance question I told her, she answered it, & before I could say, ok I’ll see you tomorrow, she asked me if I wanted to get started right over the phone she emailed me my documents I e-signed them, while she was still on the phone with me. Didn’t have to come in or wait till the next day. It was fast, & easy. Since they where about to close & I couldn’t make it my night was a little on the upset side. Their wonderful adjuster came out to assess the damage quickly, Nationwide worked out the details with our terrific roofer (Alpha Roofing), sent out a check immediately for debris cleanup and ironed out all the specifics within a couple of weeks.
