I've been familiar with the salon since it opened many many moons ago and while there are certain services I wouldn't request I have found that a basic wash and set or Doobie are consistent. On average I bring my own shampoo and conditioner and I thought that that would at least save me a dollar to it doesn't. The reason I give the salon three rating is because they no longer offer keratin services which is fine because I do understand that it is an expense however they don't even carry basic shampoos and conditioners for keratin treated hair. My issue with that? these are just sulfur or sulfate free products. Overall the ladies are nice I don't have to spend the whole day there, so I'll keep going. I am very intrigued about the idea of getting my hair colored there we'll see what the cards hold for next Saturday

I went in for a trim and blow out. It came out looking extremely choppy. My ends were dry. My hair was a bit puffy even after she used a straighter (which defeats the purpose of a Dominican blow out). I honestly could have done a better job at home. I've gotten blow outs in other salons and they've looked great. This salon was a disaster. The only good thing I could say was that it was cheap. I've been here a total of three times before and every time I was not satisfied. Ive kept going to see if it was just the stylist but it seems to me none of the stylists know what they're doing. I rarely give poor reviews but this salon is no good.
