Poor customer service, long lines, no empathy. After ordering online and after waiting forever to pick up paid items, I was told “I’m sorry we don’t them” they need to be shut down. This is not the first time.

Love the friendly staff. They could keep the front of the store a little cleaner and the homeless from harassing you before you enter but they are local.

I went to have a passport photo taken on 07.15.2024. I specifically said that I needed a digital print and asked them to send it by e-mail. First they charged $50, then I asked about the photo fee. They said $17. They said they would refund the difference. I asked when the photo would arrive digitally and they said between 1 and 3 hours. A day has passed and it still hasn't arrived. When I called the store they said they couldn't find my registration. Imagine, I paid $17 without getting any service. They are absolutely unhelpful, they don't even listen
