I normally try to do positive reviews and ONLY do negative reviews when something absolutely unacceptable occurs because I believe in Customer Service, respect, and doing the job you signed up for. I’ve served my time in the industry and I am now a public servant and business owner. So people are a priority! I live on the other side of town but had my prescription sent to this location thinking it was open 24 hours still. Once I found out it wasn’t I immediately called the pharmacy and spoke to a guy who was very pleasant and professional. I explained the situation and he said “I can get it ready for you right now.” Referring to filling my prescription which was a very small. I was so happy and told him I would be there before closing which he told me was fine. He never said anything about not being able to “sell” (term used by the associate I encountered at the pharmacy) prescriptions after a certain time. Now they close at 10 pm and I spoke to him around 9:30. I arrived before 9:45 and a car pulls in in front of me in the drive thru. Now I thought it would be the most efficient method of pickup due to time and I know they usually don’t have multiple people so if I went inside one person would have most likely been trying to tend to the drive thru and the counter. This happens during the day as it is. I patiently waited. Now, the girl at the window tells the guy in front of me to just wait there because they close at 10. I’m like huh? They never tell you to wait because you are holding up the line. He could have pulled around or parked to wait for that. There’s a mirror and they have a screen to see the line so she definitely sees me waiting. At 9:57 she comes back to the window telling the guy loudly over the speaker I’m going to put this here (coverings on the window) because it’s a car behind you and after you I am going home. She proceeds to laugh. I get out of my car and attempt to approach the window after pardoning myself to the customer at the window. The girl sees me and ignores me. The customer reiterates what she said to him which I had already heard. I finally get her to acknowledge me and she begins to rant on about closing at 10 in which I respond I know that’s why I came before 10. I’ve been waiting here behind this gentleman for quite some time now. I know you saw me. She still insists we close at 10. I’m telling her the guy told me to come she starts over talking me and yelling back at someone acting as if I’m lying. Like I drive across town rushing yet trying not to break the law (speed limits) to come and lie! I was offended and upset especially after being treated with disrespect from the beginning. She proceeds to tell me to get back in my car like I’m her child or she’s an authority over me. I never got disrespectful I was literally pleading because I just wanted my prescription and to get home. She was disgusting through the whole transaction and if that was the pharmacist she was talking to in the back she is terrible too. The girl even continued to insist that next time get my meds before 9 because they close at 10. I didn’t even see my doctor (via telehealth) until after 9 pm so how would that be possible? Not that it’s even her business! Insisting they can’t sell meds after 10 pm and she sat there and rang the previous guy up after 10pm because she had him wait. So make that make sense! NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER AGAIN! This is why we had previously removed all of my grandmother’s prescriptions from this location. I am so tired of businesses hiring terrible people who treat CUSTOMERS, you know the people that keep a business alive, like CRAP! Ghetto and disgusting. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED JUST LIKE SHE SHOULD BUT WE HAVE LOST THAT IN THIS SOCIETY. Something need to be done. This transaction occurred on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. YOU HAVE VIDEO? Recordings? Something. Idk but I have a witness and we can track down the other customer ahead of me because I know it’s logged and timestamps. This is serious because you absolutely don’t treat people like this. I miss Rite-Aid that’s for sure!

I drove 25 miles to this Walgreens Pharmacy in an emergency at 1am Saturday night into Sunday. The store is an absolute mess. The lady at the Pharmacy looked miserable and an additional was rude. I just wanted to get what I needed and get out of that place. 3 cashiers and 1 is open with at least 15 ppl on line waiting. I'm so surprised to know this happens at a Walgreens. Needless to say I won't be going back there. - 5 stars.

I always have issues with this pharmacy. Told to come back and when I do-still not ready. Happened numerous times. They are extremely unprofessional and would NEVER recommend this pharmacy!! Very commercialized and truly DOES NOT care about its patrons!
