It is incredible how in this office they discriminate against people because I am Hispanic, I took a package with the label printed just to scan and send, I had to call my sister to translate for me since the lady only spoke English and the lady who helped me She said that the bar code could not be read and she told me that she could accept it. I asked her if she could say it, to which she replied that they had so many packages that I could imagine if she started scanning them one by one. ? Please correct me if I'm wrong but I understand that she gave me very bad service.

Honestly that Janitor that was there she acts like she is borderline mentally challenged. She saw that everybody thought that the lady at the desk was gone and almost let me walk out without finally speaking up only when asked by another customer if she worked there. This is still the best post office in Paterson though which says a lot about our post offices. The main lady sure made up for the janitor though( she was compassionate and beneficial) , if she ( the janitor) doesn't want the job she ought to move over and give it to somebody who does. I also have to admit that even though it feels like we are waiting for a while we actually are moving a lot quicker than at most post offices because there isn't that many people that go and since it is smaller, more attention can be paid to you as a customer when you go there.

The lady that work there is all the time sleeping in the back and when you come to the building you have to scream to her, and she’s also super rude I ask her for her name and she completely ignored me

I received the worst service went in today 04/16 at 2:35pm and this lady is very rude racist and unprofessional, We need to have humans with more empathy when working with people, If she doesn’t like her job what so ever you should give the opportunity to someone else, never going there again.

Very bad experience, the person who serves treats the customers very badly and the worst thing is that you cannot ask him anything, he gets upset and every time you go you never find anyone to serve you, he is always at lunch

It is one of the most unpunctual agencies, today is 11/11/22, it is 9:35 and there is no one, all the offices are dark, there is no attention, I hope a manager or supervisor arrives and they take note of this comment.

This office should have a little more respect for the time of its clients since they do not comply with their schedule as established in google map, personally this morning I went to take a package and I had to wait almost an hour because they supposedly had to open the business at 9 am and suddenly they changed it to 9:30 am and in the end I had to leave without delivering the package, I wasted my time, speechless.

This place is a hit or miss. Most of the time they’re closed. They’ll have a sign at the door that they’ll reopen at 2pm but sometimes they don’t open up at all. If it’s cloudy outside they’re closed, if it’s too cold they’re closed, if it’s too hot they’re also closed. Place has really become a joke.

This post office need some cleaning.Above all she treats her customers withrespect and patience, but she needsanother helper upfront, her work wouldbe less stressful.I don't know about the back for packages and sorting the mails, I really hope they have extra workers speciallyon the holidays.TY ? many blessings, merry ? I was there at 12:30 she told me she goes on lunch at 12:45 and she can’t scan my pre paid labels in and told me to come back at 2pm I came back at 2pm and waited 30 minutes outside in the cold just for her to not even show up so I just left this is ridiculous the staff needs help
