I always get my packages and mail on time! And whenever I go to leave something in person the clerk is always patient and kind! The only thing is that there’s always a line but this is the only postal office in all of Paterson so I don’t blame them.

This location is horrible. They do not deliver your mail and they say it’s been delivered in and they don’t put your mail in your mailbox. They put it outside the mailbox. I complain about this post office several of times this post office need to be investigated.

The worst post office ever I put a hold mail on January 1st online they gave me a confirmation number and everything goes to the post office they tell me it doesn’t matter if you do it online you have to do it in person so the whole time I’m thinking my mail is being held nothing was held I ask to speak to supervisor teller at window telling me it’s no supervisor in the building just shut the whole building down worker don’t want to work and always have a attitude at this point the state needs to take over

Always having trouble twice I brought a p.o box before it would expire my mailbox at my home I was getting my mail p.o box not the address I went to fix this issue and I was told that my first payment for the p.obox expired I told told me that the my mail was delivered to the house I paid for the second time on the first they took my money but didn't tell me that my expiration date was expired they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault I told them the first p.obox payment was not expired and I'm paying on the 1st these people are very rude I think someone needs to go above there head's and start firing them then they don't want you to video them that's because they don't care about how they talk to people but next time I will video a find a way to expose them

The mailman who delivers mail to Dixon Ave in Paterson is the worst ever. He dumps the mail in any mail box or doesn’t deliver at all. My grand daughter’s birth certificate and my son’s MVC ID is missing because he failed to deliver or someone might’ve stole it from the post office. We’ve all made several complaints and they said he is the best mail man…. ??!!. I had to sort everyone’s mail out and put them in the mail box it belongs in. This is not right! People are expecting important documents or checks for their rent!

Service sucks front clerks they are so disgusting and nasty attitude .I’ve been waiting for three weeks from my ID to be mailed and hold for the simple fact that I have a hard time receiving my mail and weeks and weeks and weeks and they’re giving me the runaround. I only way I get the help I need it I talk to the supervisor or manager.
