Terrible attention, really terrible!They charged me $5 dollars for a bag to be able to return a package that had arrived in a very simple bag. The young man who was serving me told me that he couldn't serve me because the printer was off and when he saw that I didn't move from there, he ended up serving me. Honestly, if they have opening hours, they should respect it. It is a lack of respect to arrive and beg to be served as if you were doing me a favor, I have the payment receipt that does not even specify the bag I bought, I don't know but it is not clear to me, the service was in a store located on the 900 Main Paterson. That's what he told me that he didn't speak. Spanish but to tell me that he was going to charge me for the bag and the printing he told me in Spanish. For all these reasons my rating is 0!

If they’re a 0 I will give it to this store it’s been above two months that I go to them and call them for refund my damaged package. However, the manager lie on me so many times he keep saying I will receive it and he give me a frame time and the date when after waiting no refund issued !!!!!! They asked for proofs I provided them with it and tomorrow I will go again and I’m not going out of the store till my problem resolved how your package get damaged and you’re mot getting any refund it’s not faiiiiiir a ttytt aaaaalllll !!!!

Yeah don't bother going or getting next day priority air if you actually want your item to be there for next day because the staff is incompetent with cutoff times and it simply does not matter when your package is dropped off, theyll just ship it when they feel like it

Horrible service! DON'T COME HERE. They mixed up and mislabeled two packages and sent it to the wrong vendor. Now we can't get our refund for the merchandise. We reached out to UPS Store and Ian, the manager, was trying to blame me for mislabeling the package. They are careless at this location and there is another UPS about 5 minutes away with better service. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them.
