Do you want to receive or ship your packages at a safe location? Visit the UPS store on Chamberlain avenue where Professionalism,Friendliness and Cleanliness are second to none. And while you're there asked about the other services that they offer. Plenty of parking is available.

Hello friends, if you want to ship any package or return a package to Amazon or even receive your packages there to ensure that no one takes them from your front porch you must visit the UPS store on Chamberlain ave in Paterson.The staff is extremely professional. Knowledgeable! Super friendly and best of all, there's no wait there's plenty of parking and the place is very clean. I was there recently and I left 100% satisfied. This is my go-to place from now on for any shipping or receiving needs, but not only for that they have other services available. Look them up.

Always friendly and super quick whenever I’m bringing multiple packages. I’m constantly sending out packages and they are always kind enough to give me packing slips every time I need or ask.

Don't waste your time. This morning, I attempted to return a mis-delivered package to this location (the recipient does not live at my address), but they were unable to take it, citing "policy." When I asked them to give me a receipt proving that I had attempted to return the package, they refused saying that it wasn't "policy" that they don't accept the package???Well, according to the UPS website, the actual policy is that customers refusing a package may return that package to any UPS location for them to return to sender, but apparently this location isn't willing to help.

I really cannot imagine a better UPS store experience than the one at this location. The manager is an extremely helpful guy, and I highly recommend going to the store for either your business or personal shipping needs. Thank you to the team here for taking such great care of us!
