Although there’s always one person inside that one person is always helpful & because I work in customer service I understand that the employee get the slack majority of the time when the hiring is with the employer & not the employees. Thank you all your assistance, courtesy and friendliness & for all you have to deal with you all deserve raises & my rating is based on the employee not UPS. Shame on you UPS for only having one employee during the busiest time for your consumers.

I didn't want to do this but I have been pushed here. I have lost luggage with UPS 3 times in a row and the claims department and this particular UPS store in Paterson does not care.I have called million times no one answers their phones. I have gone there in person and the reception has been awful.On 29th August I sent a suitcase to Maryland and it never left their warehouse in NYC.I went and begged them to just give it back to me because my two last claims I have was paid 576 for losses over 5000Usd and 100Usd for my daughter loosing a spot in college because they lost her National Identity card.This time I told the Manager (Elizabeth) I just want my suitcase. It had gifts for my nephews birthday in September and the emotional torture UPS put me through with claims is not quantifiable.I need to sue them. It hurts that they don't care what pain they cause people. They don't even care to call and talk me what's going on.Ladies and gentlemen send your packages at this store at your own risk.I need an attorney that can help me get my suitcase back and have then repay me for the emotional pain they have put me through.I sent an email to NBC News but nobody responded.Help me. Help me. Help me.

Website says closes at 7pm on weekdays. Turns out they close before that. Good luck getting your package. Can’t even call customer service because they don’t pick up on their hours. Absolutely deserved 1 star.

They refused to let me in the store because it was 6:45 and they close at 7. Seriously messed up. If you can take the time to come out and say we wont let you in, how much more work is it to just accept my package. Say on the website that you close at 6:45 and not 7 pm.

My daughter sent me a package ? from this location on 5/23 never received a package reported made a claim, and these people still have not respond to this claim the managers never there she never responds to her messages ! left more than 10 messages. No response yet. ??
