I've been meaning to write this for a while. I called Straight Motor Sales regarding a 2007 Honda Pilot as I was needing a big vehicle to take my big senior dog back and forth to vet hospital as he was recovering from complications of IVDD. I spoke over the phone with Carlos who was very understanding, kind and patient answering my questions and invited me to come on down to view the vehicle. We set up an appointment and I drove over from New York.
I met with him and he had a parking spot for me ready to pull in, and the Pilot prepared for me to take a look at. He then let me take it for a test drive on the streets and highway and let me put the vehicle to the test rigorously, as I had some concerns since it was a high mileage. I was not minding the miles as the car would serve one purpose, but I still needed to test it for safety.
Then after returning to the dealership, he continued to let me look over the vehicle. I probably looked over every detail for 1-2 hours, so they were very patient.
Carlos spoke with me about why I was needing the vehicle and then spoke to Brad who is the owner. He came to meet me as we went inside to discuss purchasing, as he related to my issues as he has a senior dog. He was very kind and shared his experience.
I was able to place a deposit down for the car and return a few days later. Everything was set for me ready to go. Of course the day of it was torrential rain, but they had everything ready. To my surprise, Brad the owner kindly gave me some special dog food and treats for my dog that he gives to his dog! Wow! It was greatly appreciated.
What a great experience, thank you to everyone there. My dog has had a much easier time getting in and out of the vehicle and has made it one less stressful thing for him. :)

Carlos = amazing.
The moment I walked in he was attentive, extremely patient and knowledgeable when it came to the finance portion. Carlos worked with me to stay within my budget. After test driving the car I noticed some minor tweaks that needed to be done and Carlos made sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle by sending it to a mechanic and making sure those tweaks get done before purchase.
10/10 would recommend to get a decent used car here. There are no surprises or add on charges - very straight forward and seamless.

In Dec. '23 I bought a used Ford Focus well maintained and in very good condition. The car was exactly as represented on the website and fairly priced. A simple buying experience. Jonny and Carlos were both very professional and helpful and they delivered on their promises. I would definitely do business there again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. WE BOUGHT A MINIVAN IN 2018 AND EVER SINCE WE GOT IT WE'VE HAD NON STOP ISSUES. THEY SOLD US A LEMON AND DIDN'T TELL US IT HAD ISSUES. VICTOR ACOSTA WAS JUST LOOKING TO MAKE MONEY.

I’ve had the best experience here, they treat you like family and help you with every process, I bought my car two weeks ago and it is beautiful and works amazing, I happened to get hit by a car and have had scratches on my car so I came back asking them what should I do they helped me with everything sent me to somewhere and are helping me with the whole process as I really don’t know about cars, they are the best and will always help you, if you’re looking for a car you shouldn’t walk here you should run here and come these people are great !

Absolutely never use this place. I brought my car in to be fixed and it came back with several scratches among other issues that were not previously there.
