I was searching for the best hand wash in NJ and found the champ hand car wash had the best reviews in my area so I decided to go there yesterday when I got there was cars in line waiting to get vehicles washed. My experience wasn't happy seeing inside my SUV wasn't clean properly which I selected the #4 platinum I was expecting my SUV to be spotless and cleaned the backseat and dashboard was never clean by the staff . They done a rush job on my SuV . I was very disappointed with the services recieved today .

Paid my 1st visit after a quick compare of hand wash services near me. Great service at a great price! They treated my new car (matte paint) like it was their own. I'll be back for sure.

Totally satisfied with the excellent experience! I greatly recommend the Champ Car Care. In Paterson. I brought my car for a shampoo care. at 9:30 am and I need it back at least at 4;00pm. What a good surprise they even call me before. And they were telling my car is ready!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ? ⭐️! Great service!!!! You get a great service from everyone.

Love this car wash, but gotta check your employees, some ones got sticky fingers. Left a lottery ticket in my cup holder. Got the car back with out my lottery ticket there.$5 win, so it’s not much of a lose. It’s just the principle. We trust them to be in our cars (which is our private space) we should be able to trust them not to steal things from their customers cars.
