Highly disappointed with today’s service. I will likely add a photo to this review once I have time to get back out to my car. I stopped by the car wash today around 6:30 pm since my vehicle was due for a cleaning. I purchased the Gold service. I noticed damage to my passenger side’s seatbelt about 2 blocks away from the car wash. There wasn’t much I can do since I had already left the lot. I further inspected the damage once I arrived home.
I use the passenger side seatbelt daily as it is where I secure my tote bag while driving. Therefore, I see and feel it everyday. I had my bag in the seat prior to exiting the vehicle for the interior cleaning. The seatbelt was buckled in and in tact prior to exiting. The seatbelt was buckled in as well when I returned to the vehicle and my main focus was readjusting my mirrors so I can safely pull off. When I had a chance to settle my tote bag into place 2 blocks away, I felt the fresh puncture/gash that had been made to my passenger side seatbelt. This puncture now changes the integrity of my seatbelt and is something that I would likely have liability for personal injuries if by any horrible mishap, I have a passenger next to me and they are injured and it is found that my seatbelt has this gash in a prominent area.
I was wondering why the guys looked a bit off when indicating that my vehicle was ready and now I know why. That’s about $200 bill to fully replace with an OEM seatbelt. Sucks because I typically wash and detail my own vehicle but when I’m not feeling up for it, this is the closest hand car wash available. Not doing that anymore.
A simple apology or acknowledgement would have been enough for me. The cut is not as visible in the picture because I don’t want to further tear the belt to get an angle of the slit.

I got the #3 Platinum service on my large SUV, coming out to $32. The exterior clean was perfect; it left my car sparkling.
I can't say the same for the interior. They did a good job wiping down everything and cleaning the front mats. But they did not vacuum the seats and trunk well, if at all. There were still crumbs left on all three rows of seats and the back of the seats were also still dirty.
If I were to go again, I would just do the #1 Silver service as it's not worth it to pay more if you're not getting a fully clean car. And then vacuum the remaining of the interior on my own.

I had previously went to 2 car washes in North Bergen and one in Fort Lee, which were not good. But after seeing the good reviews on this one, I decided to come here instead. Let me say, The Champ Car Care Center does not dissapoint. Unlike the previous ones I had visited, their service was excellent and the staff was very hardworking. I am looking foward to returning there. Absolutely love it!!

I had my vehicle washed, premium wash. They left the carpets wet, the front glass wet and they vacuumed it well. I don't recommend it

This is by far the best Car Washing Service in the Area! Don’t waste your money at Progressive Lol. I have been coming back here for past two months! Same as service like the first time! I wish them all the very best and hope they keep the service as same! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
