I was treated like scum when I walked through the door. When and where does racism stop. I called pharmacy before arriving and spoke with a representative for the pharmacy she stated they had prescription I needed when I arrived all kinds of excuses begin. This really harmed my health and my healing process. I’m African American they honestly didn’t care if I walked out and died.

You might as well use CVS because this pharmacy does not answer the phone for doctors calling in. As a doctor calling in you have to leave a message which they ignore and tell the patient you never called. this has happened a number of times. Avoid this pharmacy.

I don’t understand why everyone at the location is always upset. The women behind the counters, administering covid tests, and the the ones answering the phone act like customers are a bother when you request any type of help both in person and over the phone. Healthcare is too expensive to deal with that every time.

Wow. What an incredible pharmacy. As a new customer, I was greeted warmly. Entering my information was seamless. The pharmacist was kind, friendly, and understanding and worked with me to make sure I was paying the least out-of-pocket costs possible. Prescriptions were filled very quickly. I am excited to have a new pharmacy to rely on.

I've known them for a long time. His father and son are decent honest, reliable people with character. Definitely don't go to another pharmacy. I recommend this place.

For most a very good pharmacy. The owner really cares about his customers and pays a lot of attention to his customers' opinions. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the staff don't seem to know phone etiquette (sound casual and don't know how to identify themselves by name on the phone). Knowing the person on the other end of the call and developing a good relationship with them makes all the difference and builds strong bonds with your customers. Thank you Sheefa Pharmacy for being a part of the Paterson community and for striving to do better for your customers.

I usually fill my prescription at Walgreens but they were out of the medication I needed, so I called Sheefa Pharmacy 1040 Main St Paterson, NJ 07503. They had my medication in 5mn the store was about to closed they waited for me were very quick, friendly, knowledgeable and much easier to deal with than Walgreens which made me upset. My prescription was filled in less than 5 minutes, where Walgreens takes at the very least 1.5 hours. I was so impressed by the way they treated me that they will get my business from now on, no more Walgreens!!!

Came here to do my Covid testing. The process to sign up was fast. I received my rapid results in one hour via email. I received my PCR results in less than 24 hours via email. It had an attachment which made it easy to share.

Maybe the bad service is due to how busy they are, but I could see many employees working there, so I still don't understand the behavior that happens. I recently had to pick my mother's eye drops from sheefa and I was in shock of the odd behavior. I was assisted by 3 different people. The first one was in rush, negative tone took the RX put it in a basket and he did not say it will take few minutes or please wait or anything, he said nothing and then he walked to the back. I stood there waiting. A few minutes passed and then another lady came by and said how can I help you, I said I am waiting for my mother's eye drops and gave her the name, she said ok, I asked should I wait, what should I do?She said yes wait. Then a good 10-15 minutes passed I walked up to the front again and a third person asked me do you need help. I said yes, she found my mom's eye drops sitting there on the counter, she finally assisted me, but she had a negative tone too. The eye drops were there just sitting on the counter and no one called they are ready and they saw me walking around waiting. I felt disrespected. This was my third time coming to sheefa and evey time I felt the same. I do not need to go to a phamracy to feel like I am beggeing. Three chances were more then enough to visit this pharamcy. I no longer will go to sheefa nor advice any of my family or friends. I moved to a different pharamcy were I am treated with respect. I understand how stressful work can be especially in busy place but to be disrespectful to patients and treat them as if they are not welcome is not accepted.

Extremely disappointed, my mom (a 63 years old lady who barely speaks or understands English) went to the pharmacy to have the Covid test done and while doing the registration my mom was asked twice a question which she wasn't understanding and responded her name twice, the receptionist/secretary who was on the front desk turned, while laughing started making fun of my mom repeating the situation to the other coworker next to her, clearly was taking about my mother because she said my mom name twice just like my mom did and everything was in front of my mother, then she pointed her phone moving her fingers to "ask my mom for her phone number".We went to this place plenty of times, we never had issues before, maybe because my mom was by herself and this girl thought my mom was completely clueless she had the right to be this unprofessional, disrespectful and nasty. This is racist, she need a customer training ASAP and clearly to be fired.

The staff is wonderful. Well organized. Clean. The pharmacist made me and my mother feel very comfortable and had us laughing while taking the booster. Convenient. I am coming back later my husband and kids to get the vaccine. Thank you sheefa for the amazing and wonderful job doing to help the community.

I went to the pharmacy for covid test, one of their staff took the sample, I received the result as “invalid”, I called the pharmacy and one of their staff was very rude, unprofessional, refused to take responsibility for not doing their work correctly and instead of apologising she yelled at me then she hang up the phone on me.The worst customer service experience I ever had.

They are really professional, organized, and fast. I went today to get my vaccine booster, I arrived at 5:25 and I was out by 5:35. They are very friendly. Also I did a COVID test 3 times during the last November and December, and I got the PCR results within 20 hours. I recommend to go there and get your vaccine if you’re planning to take.

My name is Olga, I go every-week to Sheefa Pharmacy Paterson and they have a lot of nice people working there, everybody is very friendly, helpful and very patient. The staff is always helping people and they very kind to everybody. I always get my Covid-19 Test there because I know that I will get my results in time.
