Called Fernando and was quoted for 2 control arms. I explained that I had no ride, so give me a time that they're open so I can wait for the car.
Showed up and waited like anhour before they cleared a spot.
Then they put it up and took one look and said they can't do it then because it's got torsion bars attached as my car is a 4x4, which I could have happily told them OVER THE PHONE if they asked. They could have also looked up the model and saw that's involved before giving a bad quote and a false promise.
The guys sent me away very rudely and made excuses after excuses about why they're bad at their job, and even blamed me. Never offered so much as an apology.
I ended up wasting hours of my time and gas to get nothing done except being bitched at.
I'd never go back to that unprofessional, sketchy little shop!
