The ladies in the store were very nice. A gentleman named Eric in the front, helped me out a lot. There was one gentleman with missing teeth, a black cap and terrible manners and people skills in the loading area who was very rude to me. He wasn’t pleasant at all. He was on the phone so I waited until he had a moment to speak with me. I said hello, how are you. His response “what do you need”. Not a warm greeting at all. I asked him if he was having a bad day I could speak to someone else. He responded “what do you need”. I proceeded with I wanted to know if you guys are accepting this certain items. He came by my car and quickly said “no, we don’t accept that” and walked back into the loading area. There should be a designated person one can speak with regarding drop offs and he isn’t one of them.

PROS: This place had a large inventory and the staff was nice. good amount of items were here as well CONS: Most items were not priced and the place smelled like mold. A lot of the items were broken or missing from the packages. It also was in a shady area and the parking lot was tiny OVERALL: Not my favorite thrift store. odds are i won't be coming back here

I can only give one star, the place is too dirty and smelly. And even though it's a second-hand store, it shouldn't be like that, it's a shame.

Spent 1 hour driving there to donate, and they turned me away, they told me by phone they close at 5! Just to throw away the solid wood furniture in great condition! They couldnt care! What a shame im trying to help people out, and they turn me down,

Great supplies but unfortunately the lady in charge is rude and arrogant and disrespectful to patrons, I'm not sure about her nationalities but she doesn't respect African Americans. She is loud unapproachable, I've been told she works at the Salvation army for over 15 years, I can believe someone so nasty could have a job for so long. She's the reason that store is always empty.

First time visiting. Tiny parking lot. It was not so organized. It was very dirty. My hands were very dark with dust when I was done. Many things did not have price and the lady in charge would price at will. I was able to get a few things, bit I am not so sure I will return. Good mission they have, though.

This place was ok. They made it easy to donate. Generally the Salvation Army is a terrible company as far as ethics go.Because of this I give three stars. 5 for this specific location, but 1 for the company overall.

Please find a Goodwill or another organization to donate to. I made my reservation for a pick up a month in advance. They called this morning to say they would be there within 45 minutes. I waited all day and they blew off coming to me. I called there they said they would just come on the day and time that they can. (I work and made the schedule just for them) They are now closed and clearly not coming. I don't care for this organization at all anymore. They help the people that clearly won't help themselves and treat everyone else like garbage. When I had to call there they clearly didn't care how I was affected by their actions today. It's really appalling.

Made many of donations here. During a donation accidentally left my wallet on top of a box returned within less than 5 minutes and had my change, receipts, money, and even family photos taken. Only thing left was ID. Terrible.

Amazingly large area located in an old factory the entrance is in the loading back area Parking's tight Prices are good but Wednesday's three tags great Got my winter wardrobe there Wednesday staff very helpful Try it u will like it
