PROS: This place had a large inventory and the staff was nice. good amount of items were here as wellCONS: Most items were not priced and the place smelled like mold. A lot of the items were broken or missing from the packages. It also was in a shady area and the parking lot was tinyOVERALL: Not my favorite thrift store. odds are i won't be coming back here

The three ladies at the registerS at the Paterson, New Jersey, Salvation Army are the most obnoxious, rude, cantankerous, and unprofessional people I have ever experienced in a retail situation in my whole entire life. I've been going there for approximately 15 years steady spending between $50-$300 every time I go. They won't catch me at that store ever again buyer beware

Spent 1 hour driving there to donate, and they turned me away, they told me by phone they close at 5! Just to throw away the solid wood furniture in great condition! They couldnt care! What a shame im trying to help people out, and they turn me down,

Today 8 -14- 2021 went to this place w/friend and end it buying a little dresser. The lady at the cashier very, very rude like I was getting the item for free. And the other attendant lady that opened the back gate nasty as hell, rude looks so miserable like she didn't want to be there... I thought Salvation Army is a cristian organization. But with those lady attitude make wonder...

It's hit or miss here...but always more hit than miss..I go for older appliances when counter mixers and grillers were made with real parts..not rubber and plastic

First time visiting. Tiny parking lot. It was not so organized. It was very dirty. My hands were very dark with dust when I was done. Many things did not have price and the lady in charge would price at will. I was able to get a few things, bit I am not so sure I will return. Good mission they have, though.

Reseller savages Wait there for all new items to come out the back.There's no chance for you to get something decent unless you're there being a savage along with them.
