No chairs available to sit. You make an appointment and it doesn't make a difference because they will see you hours later.

Tetee Robinson is the worst customer service rep! Rude and disrespectful, asking me for my full social security number in front of everyone in line, expecting me to understand banking acronyms with no explanation, the worst! Managers are not helpful and do not care, horrible horrible customer service at this location!
