This bank apparently has enough staff, but no manager to assist with customer service on a Saturday. Not satisfied with the service. Terrible performance.

Today I needed to withdraw money from the ATMs in the vestibule. Since this is my local bank, I really don’t have anything else in the area that I can use for some strange reason they close the ATMs after business hours and direct you to the ATM down by the college, with a sign in the front window, the only problem is that ATM doesn’t work. And now I’m wondering to myself why do I use PNC when Chase up the road is working just fine and their ATMs are open TD Bank in the mall is working fine and their ATMs are open.

I live in the area of this locationwhich makes it convenient. Thecard identifier is broken and I can'teven use the atm there it is verystressful trying to get to my ownmoney without being charged extrafrom other atms in the area. Pleasefix it I am not the only costumerthat was trying to get in. We wereall upset and in agreement that it isa big inconvenience when we arehard working loyal clients.

I live in the area of this location which makes it convenient. The card identifier is broken and I can’t even use the atm there it is very stressful trying to get to my own money without being charged extra from other atms in the area. Please fix it I am not the only costumer that was trying to get in. We were all upset and in agreement that it is a big inconvenience when we are hard working loyal clients.

Spent an hour on a line outside, and their were issues with making withdrawals.Lately I can't get into online banking too. I may take my 18 years elsewhere.

Paterson needs to do better, homeless people sleeping inside the bank by the atm machines. ( The door is supposed to be locked unless using your Pnc bank card) & people panhandling outside of the bank. Very uncomfortable getting money out the atm.
