This bank apparently has enough staff, but no manager to assist with customer service on a Saturday. Not satisfied with the service. Terrible performance.

They never answer the phone and when you make a personal appointment they don't call you

It is always out of order and after I saw the flat bank I can enter badly bad treatment from the bank employees
