I live the stock. I love the pharmacists. But when I went in recently I was really uncomfortable to see customers and a pharmacist not wearing masks properly. With numbers of cases going up in New Jersey this kind of business seems the perfect place to educate customers on proper mask wearing using signs and requesting they cover their noses. Not many retail centers have the resources to enforce the policy, so the only way to change people's behavior is through information, explicit signage on how to wear a mask, modeling proper behavior, and requesting people do the right thing. I saw none of this today. I hope my review prompts some changes so that everyone stays safe and we can flatten the curve. I know people who have gotten covid and will have lifelong problems because of it - it is really hard to see how little people care, they could prevent more people getting hurt and they choose to wear their masks wrong? Personally, I am immunocompromised, and so i am grateful the pharmacy delivers. But until this pandemic is really over, I wish that they could do a little more, a sign showing how to wear a mask over your nose, for example, that would keep everyone safe.

Customer service is the best. They know my name. They go out of their way to help me out. My medications are not simple. I would never think of going to a large chain pharmacy where I'm just another number.

THIS PLACE IS A HUGE JOKE! I CALLED EARLY FRIDAY MORNING 3/22/19 TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY FOR 4 MEDICATIONS. THE GIRL ON THE PHONE WAS SICK AND CONSTANTLY COUGHING AND DID'NT BOTHER TO EXCUSE HERSELF ONCE AT ALL THEN WAS TOLD I WOULD BE GIVEN A CALL BACK TO SEE IF MY MEDICATIONS WOULD BE READY FOR THAT DAY OR MONDAY 3/25/19 SO ABOUT AN HOUR LATER I GET A CALL BACK FROM ANOTHER WORKER AND WAS TOLD THAT MY MEDICATIONS WOULD NOT BE READY TILL MONDAY THE 25TH. I ALSO ASKED HER ABOUT A SPECIFIC MEDICATION AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS MEDICATION WOULD ALSO BE READY ON MONDAY. SO IM THINKING EVERYTHING IS OK, NOPE NOT AT ALL. WHEN I CALLED ON MONDAY MORNING TO VERIFY MY ORDER AND DELIVERY TIME THE WORKER THAT I SPOKE TO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND SHE HAD NO IDEA OR KNOWLEDGE OF THE ORDER THAT I PLACED ON FRIDAY AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER WOULD BE READY FOR PICKUP INCLUDING THAT SPECIFIC MEDICATION I MENTIONED EARLIER AND I TOLD HER , LADY I PLACED THAT ORDER FOR DELIVERY ON FRIDAY FOR TODAY SO SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD THEN GETS BACK WITH ME AND I WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE DELIVERED AFTER 4:30 PM . 6PM COMES AND WHEN THE DELIVERY GIRL GOT TO THE HOUSE I NOTICED RIGHT AWAY THAT ONE OF MY MEDICATIONS WAS MISSING JUST BY LOOKING AT THE BAG . SO ANYWAY I SIGNED FOR IT CALLED THE PHARMACY RIGHT AWAY AND ASKED WHY THE SPECIFIC MEDICATION I ORDERED DID NOT ARRIVE AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULD ONLY RECEIVE THIS MEDICATION ONCE A MONTH (ITS NOT NARCOTIC) SO IN OTHER WORDS THESE PEOPLE LIED TO ME INSTEAD OF TELLING ME OVER THE PHONE THAT I WOULD NOT GET THIS MEDICATION BUT ONCE A MONTH. AS SOON AS I GET MY OWN VEHICLE I'M NO LONGER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS HOLE IN THE WALL OR ANY OTHER GHETTO PHARMACY. ILL BE DONE AND OVER WITH THESE HOOD PHARMACIES AND TAKING MY BUSINESS TO CVS WALGREENS OR RITE AID. THE ONLY REASON I GO TO THIS CRAP PHARMACY IS BECAUSE ITS A BLOCK AWAY FROM MY DOCTORS OFFICE THATS THE ONLY REASON WHY I GO HERE. BE SMART AVOID PARK AVE PHARMACY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A REPUTABLE PHARMACY INSTEAD.
