Dresses were okay, sizes were unaccommodating to smaller frames, and customer service was horrific. As stated in other reviews, the staff was unprofessional and downright disrespectful, raising their voice at a customer over a simple misunderstanding, and laughing in their face when they tried to explain their perspective. The staff made an argument of something that wasn’t one to begin with. In the dressing room, they watch you like a hawk, even as you undress, making the experience uncomfortable. They also forbid you from taking pictures, which is ridiculous in my opinion. How are you supposed to purchase a dress if you can’t confirm it looks good on camera? or look back at the way it fits you and return for the dress? On top of that, the staff was discriminatory, allowing certain clients to try on more than 2 dresses, but enforcing the rule with other customers of their choosing. If their intention is to get sales, their strict policies and rude staff is not the way to go. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

WHAT A DISGUSTING !!!Customer service!! First of all, if they sell wedding dresses, it is so that the workers have some professionalism Ohh, at least some experience when serving customers because it is a very special moment for the bride (they are not in just any garbage job!! Ohh restaurant for They are licking their fingers while they eat and serve the customer, that's why there are napkins and break time!! And apart from that, they have a bad attitude that makes them sad!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO BE HONEST!! THEY HAVE SOME STUPID RULES THAT ARE NOT APPROPRIATE WITH WHAT THEY SELL THERE IS!! THE OWNER STOP SHE DOESN'T SPEAK SPANISH BUT I DON'T THINK SHE IS UP TO DATE WITH THE TYPE OF WORKERS THEY HAVE WORKING (WHAT DISGUSTING AND SHAME ON EMPLOYEES!! (YES) THEY WANT TO AVOID A BAD STORE EXPERIENCE, NEVER COME TO THIS STORE) AND I DON'T NEED TO TELL YOU, JUST SEE THE REVIEWS OF THIS STORE) HOW DISGUSTING!!!

This place I would never go to again I came to this place thinking I would have the experience of getting my daughter a prom dress and not only were they rude but the rules. Are extreme!! You only could pick two dresser to try on .. “yes you’re reading that right”! 2 dresses then my daughter went to try it on and the women made my kid feel uncomfortable watching her get dressed and undressed. This should be a crime. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOUR READY TO GET VIOLATED AND YOU WANNA WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING ON ONLY two dresses.

Terrible customer service. I accidentally dropped some water from my bottle trying to get a dress that was stuck under a mannequin. I understand the possibility of ruining the dress but the woman behind the counter dropped everything and stared at me as if i murdered someone and was purposely making a scene with the dress as if the water even touched it. I even tried to clean it up and asked for paper towels and the other employees just looked at me damn crazy. Reading other reviews let’s me know she treats everyone rudely and it’s embarrassing for her business if THATS the owner… Instead of frantically making a scene to make me look like some type of animal maybe she should’ve just helped me with the dress.
I’m very grateful I didn’t waste money here. Can’t support a bad service sorry!!

Only issue with this place is they need in stock more long veils.Over all customer service was ok the lady up front was not the friendliest however she treated every one the same way. Non attentive.

Went looking for a bridal veil and was dismissively told it was “over there”. They were behind a counter and I couldn’t possibly access them to look at them. Whatever happened to…customer service? I was willing to check out the veils since I was in the area but honestly, the ring bearer pillows and bouquets are way overpriced. You’ll find better quality and price on Amazon.

Fatal ni experiencia no se lo recomiendo a nadie nunca más en mi vida comprare un vestido allí resulta que mi hija está de cumpleaños el domingo 20 de marzo y el domingo pasado le compre un vestido que lo vi hermoso pero cuando llego a casa le voy pruebo el vestido no le queda bien en los brazos le quedo muy justo la parte de arriba un poco grande ella cumple 3 años el vestido es talla 4 ayer miércoles me acerco a que me lo cambien y me dicen que la política de la empresa es no cambiar las prendas por qué según ellos esos vestidos la gente solo los compra para una sección de fotos ?♀️lo cual creo que no es su problema cuántas veces quiero usar el vestido en fin después de darme solo razones estupidas por las cuales ellos no cambian el vestido porque realmente esperaban que me fuera con un vestido para mi hija que no le queda bien me ofrecen arreglarlo ahora tengo que ir mañana con La Niña para ver los arreglos que deben hacerle se supone la que arregla los vestidos va el sábado a ver si no salen con exscusas y el vestido estará listo para el domingo que es el cumple de mi niña

Unfortunately I don't even want to put one star on this review but I have no other choice. They dont even deserve a star. very very bad customer service and unprofessional and full attitude. Awful experience. I will take my business somewhere else.
