Had a great experience. The staff was super knowledgeable and I was able to get relevant gaming stuff from them without issue. They weren’t pushy at all and provided really valuable feedback. Ended up purchasing a hefty PC and pedals for my racing sim.I also love the fact that they have a simulator in the store that you can try out. All in all, great prices, great service… what more can I ask for.

Made a custom build PC, high end build. I had issues with it from day one. After a few attempts of fixing myself, because I had warranty, decided to take the pc back to micro center for diagnostics. On my end, I had over 70 mem tests errors and blue screen after blue screen. Micro center diagnostics revealed that only the bios needed to be updated. Despite describing the issues, I took back my computer. As soon as I got home and plugged it in, I had the exact same issues that made me take the pc to them in the first place. The pc blue screened, several errors from trying to play some main games. Next day, decided to take the PC back to them and survive a two hour ride to get there. After 24hrs, they finally said the CPU was failing. Horrific customer service. The entire interaction and results gave me a bitter taste. I don’t recommend needing any service from them. They don’t seem to care about the customer’s problem or show little intent in solving it.

Ordered a custom built PC. Pricing was reasonable for the build service and they did a very clean job. PC has had hiccups that are likely down to driver issues and are not the fault of the store. I'd say one should be comfortable with troubleshooting and tinkering with their PCs before doing any kind of custom build, because it will be never as seamless as buying a pre-built from a major company. That having been said, the price to performance that is possible by selecting your own parts is the advantage of using a service like Micro Center. My only complaint is that the store did not give me the remainder of the thermal compound I purchased. They provided every other unused item to me, but the $25 compound was missing. They claimed they'd ship me a new tube, but never did. Kind of irksome when you're paying a lot of money for high end pc.
