The store I originally was dealing with went out of business, so I ventured to Fairlawn. Glad I did. Edison knows his $#I!! I was able to purchase a new phone for my wife. He gave us his full attention, moved her contacts, and activated it in a reasonable amount of time. We will go back to the Fairlawn store whenever we need anything. Thank you Edison. And thank you MetroPCS!
