These people are scammers they will charge you for Amazon prime without asking you, they will make a new email without asking you, for new customers be careful dont go there walk or drive a bit more just not here I promise you will regret it like me. I now have to go back to metro because of what they did Friday I just saw the email they made they misspelled my name and didn't tell me what pin they put so I can pay through the app or in case I needed customer service help on the phone. I dont know who training them but they should all be fired I will be sending a complaint to metro to whoever above them cause they ain't the first time they doing this to people. Save your money and go to the one on main with the 4.5 stars because I will today

As a small business owner and friend of the original owner of the store. I will no longer send business their way. There's 3 people working and no one speaks English. I went in for a replacement business phone and they wanted me to cancel my line to get the price that was clearly marked on the cell phone and was pushing clients to pay cash. They charged me over $30 more than the phone for items like a screen protector which I did not ask for! A $15 non refundable activation fee YET I had to call MetroPCS 3 times to get the phone activated because they kept the Sim card that came with the new phone and put my old Sim which was not compatible. I had to wait 12 hours for MetroPCS system to fix it. I told them I would bring this up to MetroPCS and I would do this review but since no one didn't spoke English they didn't know what I was talking about. I speak Spanish but this is America obviously if I move to China I would learn Chinese.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! -100 STARS! Sales associates Madelin and the other light spanish-only-speaking associate were SO rude, and refused to serve after making their mistake with my transaction. BE AWARE: they tried to write down my account info and pin to keep. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. SERIOUSLY SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY, SAVE YOURSELVES.
